Not satisfactory when booking the bottom class or

- The highest building in Thailand and one of the highest in southeast Asia. - Well located. - Awesome views. - May be worth to stay a night booking a middle or high profile room to get to see the building, but not recommendable for long stays.

- The experience you get varies depending on the money you spend, that is, the room class or profile you book. - To get a satisfactory experience, that is a clean, without bad smell and confortable room, you need to pay a mid to high range or profile room. For the minimum prize, which isn't low, you get a room with bad smell and maybe not clean enough. - The overall quality/prize ratio is not good.

The location is very good once the hotel is 150 meters far the airport Train Station Rajprarop. Very convinient.

The checking in was confused and we had to complain with the manager to receive our keys. The manager told us that checking in on saturdays in the high season is very busy and things like that hapens.

Good location and good service, excelent for shoping at markets and the shoping centres in Bangkok. Most in walking distance.

The building it self is a tourist attraction i Bangkok. A lot of tourists heading for the top floor jaming all elevators and making long queue just to get into the hotel you actual are paying to live at. Even taxi-service at the hotel is pushing you to use tuk-tuks and taxis with only one agenda. Get you somewere you don't want to be for little money. ie Tailor shops, markets etc.

Tallest hotel in bangkok for me to enjoy the view of the whole city. Cool.

I feel that there should be more improvement in transportation from the hotel. I had to paid a few times more just to get to another place. This is very bad experience for me.

I liked the observation deck.

In my room N 2714 were cockroaches. We arrived into hotel about 8 o'clock in the morning we had an early flight and needed to wait till 2 pm because our room was not ready. Small pool and dirty windows everywhere.

the really great vieuw and restaurants are fabulous.

The welcome letter mentioned: fruit, flowers who where not available, also we are promised in the letter a table at the window, this was not possible due to a lot of customers. So the extra's for booking a room in the space zone are not all deliverd.
