Pros:Staff is an asset, very helpful and friendly. Adjacent to MTR and shopping. Definitely worth splurging for Harbour view room!
Cons:Nothing.. stay here every time
Pros:The hotel location is very good. It is next to one of the best shopping mall in Hong Kong. It can be easily accessed by subway. The hotel is designed with a very modern layout and the room gives you a great open view. The harbor view room gives us an unbeatable excellent view on the Hong Kong harbor. In addition, the hotel has the great gym and pool facilities. It even has couple bicycles that can be taken out for a short ride. What we like most is the shower facilities that are available for guests who can come back on late evening to take the shower before heading to the airport. I highly recommend this hotel for any business and leisure travelers. You won't be disappointed with this hotel.
Pros:FEAST & Sugar rocked! As did the linkage to City Plaza and Tai Koo MTR. The room was cool, clean and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom facilities acceptable. The spa products were luxurious.
Cons:Service from the receptionist was cold. The pool was okay but it was funny trying to take a dip surrounded by flats. The view from my room was also a bunch of residential flats so I had to keep my blinds closed. The hotel room was a bit pricey.
