Pros: Staff attitude, friendliness, and hospitality were excellent. Hotel is so spacious and has a lot of facilities. Restaurants are authentic and the food was great. The breakfast buffet was generous and has a lot of varieties to suit everyone in a luxurious way.
Cons: I did not like the common conversations and noise of hotel staff in the corridors near my room. Also the drawers under the TV and the table lamps make a lot of noise while using them or even while touching them.

Pros: I didn't like much about the hotel, amman overall is a horrible place to visit there is not much to do in the city, you are better off finding a cheaper hotel to get the same horrible service.
Cons: Well first off it took over an hour and a half to check me in, I made my reservation two days in advance, once I finally got my room key at 4am the room they gave me had some one in it!!! I have heard of this at small hotels but not sonething I would expect here. The service is sub par, the hotel is full of guys not one girl works including the housekeepers which is a little weird, the food sucks and is way overpriced, they have a bar but you can't go in unless you bring a girl. This place overall is just horrible, save your money I'm sure all the other hotels in Amman are this way but at least you won't have the sting of the high price tag.

Pros: The entire staff was helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and quiet and the bed was very comfortable. Diana at check in was very efficient and helpful, Nader in the lobby made sure we found our way to dinner outside the hotel and even one of the gate security guards intervened when an independent cab driver tried to scam us. We had an excellent dinner one night at il Terrazzo in the hotel. The service was spot on and the chef come out to see if we liked how he had prepared our meals and why he used the flavor combinations. Breakfast the next morning was also top notch and both Raed at the reception and our server Alaa made sure everything was as we expected. Every member of the staff made sure we were taken care of and that our stay was 5 Star. This was the last stop on a fantastic 21 day trip through Egypt and Jordan and the Amman Marriott staff capped it off !!

I have been to Kempinski hotels in Europe and other countries but i did not find this hotel matching other Kempinski hotels. They do not vacuum. athe bathroom had dirty floors (they do not swip) Greasy stained baseboards mold in the caulking, stained bathroom curtains and dirty windows. It is not acceptable. One thing is a hotel out of date thst needs a serious renovation, the other is a filthy one. Cleaning properly is very easy to achieve. I found 2stars hotels in Jordan that were spotless. Belle vue condition is unaceptable.

I have to travel through there for business and my only issues is that the room heat and air are controlled by the hotel. The bathrooms and rooms are not very clean. I need a cooled room to rest in. The internet is very slow and disconnects a lot. The overall facility could use a modern improvement and better cleaning.

Pros: The hotel was great, the 24 hour shuttle was a life saver for my 3am flight and untraditional schedule. The staff were all amazingly kind and helpful and had impeccable English and Arabic. The food was very delicious and an incredible value. my room was huge, clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Was a perfect place to rest after exhausting travel.
Cons: I was a little confused with all of the options for where to eat within the hotel at first (there are 4 restaurants), but quickly a staff member helped me explain the differences and make a great choice.
