Pros: The food was amazing. Front desk staff member Mustafa spoke amazing Dutch and German.

Cons: Bathroom could use better cleaning. Found empty shampoo bottle under sink, so it wasn't mopped, also a lot of hair in the bathroom.

Pros: The location is the best, if You enjoy music, shopping and nightlife. Sea view is stunning from the room. Breakfast and dinner were also great - main corses changed every night in the dinner. Waiters were fast and collected used dishes even too fast. Rooms are comfortable and fashionable.

Pros: Nice hotel right by the the harbour, great sea view from the balcony. The swimming pool area was nice and clean. Very polite staff. Good food.

Pros: The location is great. Close to everything. Staff are friendly specially Mustafa in the receiption very helpful and professional guy.

Pros: It has a very good location and the staff were really nice, especially Mustafa! It’s really clean and has a very nice view.

Cons: The only thing that was not up to the standard is the WIFI. The signal was very weak in the rooms, especially those on the 3-4th floor. We needed to go to the lobby each time we want to make a call!

Pros: Location: close to the port and the center, respectively near the area of ​​shops, bazaar, and nightclubs. The view from the room : the only thing that was worth it, if you will get a room overlooking the port !?

Cons: Food : according to a modest 3 * hotel. Cleanliness : almost non-existent, from the first day, at check in, on the floor there were a lot of hair, probably since the opening of the season, never used a vacuum cleaner !? Comfort : the rooms overlooking the port , had permanent smell of fish barbecue smoke that is due to the restaurant with Mediterranean specific over the road hotel !

Pros: Dinner Buffet was great. The view of the room was breathtaking and relaxing.

Pros: Excellent location with spacious apartments and very large balconies. A few minutes to the beach as well as to city centre and large supermarkets. Clean and basic accomodation with comfy beds. Even tho its in a lively neighbourhood its still not at lot of noise during the nights. We keep coming back every year and its now the third time staying at Caligo and we are planning on returning next year.

Cons: Bathrooms are a bit tight and faucet would need to be changed. Breakfast could be a bit updated.

Cons: Worst experience ever. We checked in but room wasn't clean. I found the cleaning lady on my own and they cleaned our room while we are waiting outside. Towels, bad sheets, blankets, everything was dirty even after cleaning. We don't have high expectations but at least clean towels and sheets. I can't understand how people rate this place high. Btw Free parking means you have to find your parking lot on street. There is no parking at hotel.

Cons: Our room, a bit tired.

Pros: Location was perfect, close to the Damlatas Caves and center just a few minutes away. Food was overall ok, but like any other All Inclusive after 1 week it is 'enough' Clean and neat hotel in general.

Cons: Some noisy (Russian) people during the middle of the night, not all waiters were friendly, some even pushy.. Also choice of meat/fish was not really present. Beds were terrible for the back, the first few nights it took some time to get used to the mattresses.

Pros: The location is great! The staff are so amazing, always looking for help us.

Pros: Hotel location is very good. Near to Kleopatra beach and main street who wants to sunbathing and shopping. Hotel is small but quite nice. Rooms are modern style but not very new. Most of personal was polite and understand English. There is not of food choice but taste was very good. Overall was nice stay. Who wants to quiet vacation the hotel is perfect.

Cons: Our room was up to outside toilets so in summer I think the smell is not good. If you stay longer there is no activity at evening.(only some music in outside bar) TV channels should be better in case you want to stay in your room at evening. We had some rainy days there for was very boring. Wifi sometimes was working sometimes not. Rooms were cleaned every day but in my opinion the quality was very bad. In many times I cleaned myself over. Big disappointment was the day before we were leaving we asked for breakfast or lunchbox for 7am. Usually breakfast starts 7.30AM. They said no problem but on the leaving morning they did not let us in restaurant and no lunch box for us too. Reception guy was sleeping on the on the couch in the lobby and only said “sorry they forgot”. So we left for on an empty stomach.

Pros: A great location, close to everything. Was able to park outside the hotel. Good selection of food for breakfast and dinner. Complimentary local drinks excellent

Cons: Nothing

Pros: Very good location, close to the main street and Kleopatra Beach. Rooms are clean and nice furnishment. The meals are perfect for me, I found everytime that I could eat well.

Cons: The staff in the hotel bar often texting their phones therefore I had to wait for the drink. That is the only negative point. Other staff (reception and Bulent from restaurant) are very polite and nice!
