Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent service, friendly and attentive staff, and convenient location near stations and ski resorts. The onsen facilities are highly praised for their variety and relaxation, and the rooms are described as clean, spacious, and well-maintained. Meals, especially breakfast and dinner, are frequently mentioned as delicious and satisfying. Some guests note minor issues with English communication, signage, or aging facilities, but these are generally outweighed by the positive experiences and overall value for price.
