Pros (+) We didn't like anything because they didn't have a room for us after we booked here FOUR MONTHS prior. When we showed up for check in around 6pm we were told he didn't have a room for us because "the website is messed up and he took this room down months ago from Expedia but the site continues to book it." The owner repeatedly told us it was not his fault and there was nothing he could do. He even...
Cons (-) Fun fact: as we were waiting in the "lobby" aka his living room trying to find a new hotel we were told by guests staying there that this had happened THREE times in the last 2 days. Unbelievable. The owner could have had the decency to call us even a day beforehand so we could have found a new hotel.
