Location outstanding lots of facilities in hotel Bars restaurant bakeries- staff very willing to help w/ pretty good English skills subways nearby and taxi stands many nice restaurants at all price points too
Tour desk staff seemed unwilling to assist w/ A restaurant res one night- maybe didn’t understand me?
I loved the location. The reception counter people was so nice and had a very nice warm welcome. The hotel room was the best nice views! Love it.
Great location. Great view. Great price.
Room is very small, but the view was great. The location is good, but not the best, It's around 10 min walking to get to the metro and around 30/40 min to get to the main areas of Tokyo.
The breakfast was changed from buffet to a breakfast set, but they should have considered more that guests coming from western countries may not like Japanese style breakfast.
The stay was very nice! The hotel is very classy with really nice facilities and great and welcoming staff. The view from the room was nice, but the room from the breakfast room was stunning! The breakfast itself was a treat of its own, with many delicacies available! Overall, a really nice option to stay in Tokyo!
The only small drawback is the distance to the metro station. but for us it was not really a problem, but something to consider if you want short distance to the public transportation.
