The staffs werent helpfull at all. Pillows are super flat. Would not recommend a friend to stay here
Convenient location next to subway station.
Small lobby without waiting area or seats.
Very convenient to places
Very good location and very friendly yet polite reception staff. I also like the big public bath.
The reception/front lobby area is often filled with guests’ luggage. It doesn’t look good or comfortable/safe. It’s not really about the hotel, but there are many hotel guest that are not following the rules when they use the public bath. There is an instruction sheet in the room but that needs to be reinforced to all guests, especially those who are not familiar with Japanese custom.
The hotel seems to be unable to manage full capacity. Its constantly crowded with the lobby being filled with suitcases. The rooms are unbearable small even by Japan standards. They only clean your room/sheets once every three days. I normally wouldn't mind but with the rooms being so small and miserable to be in, it would be nice if they were attended to daily like any other hotel. My main issue with this hotel though is the propaganda from the owners in all of the rooms. The owners are right-wing communists and they've decided to spread lies and propaganda through books in all of their rooms. They contain blatant lies about the Japanese occupation of China and Korea and are an attempt to alter history. Had I known about this before, I would most definitely not have booked a room there.
