Pros: Clean. Check in was easy and staff was helpful.
Cons: No air conditioning! We were on the top floor in 90 degree weather and it was like an oven. Hardly slept at all it was intolerable. Also insufficient parking.

Pros: Extremely helpful desk (perfect English), nice restaurant/cafe, extremely convenient location to the sights, nice rooms, even A/C. Just be aware that you'll have some walking to do from the train station, but you can cut 3/4 of the walk by taking the tram, or you can cab it to within a block.

Pros: Small but interestingly decorated bedroom. Fun lobby. Lovely front desk and restaurant staff.
Cons: Shower flooded the bathroom floor and, if I had not thrown all the towels down, it would have flooded the bedroom as well. They were surely aware of this as the shower head was positioned facing the wall. Once it was turned to focus the water downward, the flooding began. Room 308.

Pros: This place was in an ideal location, right near the cathedral. The staff couldn't have been nicer. The room was clean and comfortable.
Cons: It's too bad that there's not more parking on-site, but also not really surprising considering it's smack-dab in the middle of the old town. I parked at a garage near the train station and walked in, and that was fine.

Pros: Comfortable and clean. Free parking was much appreciated! Also onsite restaurant with garden seating and $10 breakfast convenient and good. Johann and restaurant staff were very cheerful and helpful. I thought it was a great value. My daughter loved the gummy candy buffet at breakfast.

Pros: The location was perfect for us since we were going to the train station several times, and all of the sites were within a 20 minute walk for us. We had a superior room, which was spacious and included soft drinks at no extra charge. They gave us robes, slippers, and a choice of different types of pillows. It looked like it had been recently renovated. The front desk staff was warm and helpful.
Cons: It was a little difficult to use the shower without getting water on the floor. It seemed a little expensive for what we got. If we hadn’t used credit card points to offset the cost, I may have been disappointed.
