Excellent food and service
Desk broken in room and crack in washbasin
the breakfast was poor i ordered a bacon roll only --dry with fatty overcooked bacon not very warm. Was given a room upgrade --large bedroom with very small tv on the wall that had the sound restricted -couldn't hear it when the air con was on .Only 1 sky channel .On a previous stay large tv with sky sports/movies .
The friendliness off everyone that worked there. The pool and spa area were lovely, the food was excellent and very well presented. Cleanliness of the hotel was excellent
The rain but can't blame the hotel for that lol
Everything... room , food, service, amenities and location. Perfect for visiting the western end of Corwall, The Lost Gardens of Heligan and The Eden Project
Perfect as it was.
That being said the Rooms was spotlessly clean, the view from the room was lovely, cleaning staff very down to earth and helpful if we needed anything. room service was good tho a bit more of an option on the menu would of been nice. The surrounding area was clean and lots to see. No issues with parking. My partner and I enjoyed our stay.
The staff seemed very judgemental and some of the spa stuff need to remove the stick from their asses, very rude! Food wasnt that great and not much on menu to pick from, we also think it was over priced massively for what we got.
