Really friendly staff. Food was excellent- facilities were excellent
The service in the restaurant on the first night was so slow that we never ate in the restaurant again on the remaining evenings
Bed was king size which was lovely Room was big
The cleaning was not done or the toilet was not disinfected floor was never mopped , bed covers were just pulled over the sheets not pulled or straightened
The swimming pool was very nice the style of the lodge was decent the style of the hotel was nice the Beds were amazing
The DVD player didnt work we had to have the wifi checked out mutilple times and being told that there was someone to come over and no one ever did the microwave didnt work the table was badly chiped the sofas needed a clean the door bell didnt work it only worked once or twice the tv chanels didnt work
All staff friendly. Room clean very comfortable. Good choice of menu for restaurant, bar and room service. Birthday card waiting, nice touch
The lighting in the wardrobe was very firm and red making it hard to see/find clothes. Breakfast on mon/Tue was busy, staff were apologising for delays but seems quite stressed. Expected spa to be bigger with loungers in pool area but there was seats
