Guests consistently praised the hotel staff for their friendliness and helpfulness, with several reviews highlighting positive experiences at reception and with housekeeping. Cleanliness was also a strong point, as many guests found their rooms well-maintained and comfortable. The location was appreciated for its convenience, especially its proximity to public transport and city attractions. However, room size was a common complaint, with many guests finding the rooms too small or cramped. Despite some negative feedback on room size and occasional issues with facilities, the hotel was seen as offering good value for money, making it a budget-friendly option for travelers.AI-generated from customer reviews
