Hotel is nice and in a good area, it can be a little seedy in the evenings though. There is a 7-11 across the road and also a good pizza place. A train station is close. Roof top area is nice to have a drink in the evening.
The breakfast the first day was great, lots of options etc, but then it went downhill. We're not sure if it was because occupancy was low or because of the Corona-virus but the buffet area was closed and we were not given options for breakfast. They had cereal but no milk. Glasses, but no juice. Tea but no milk etc. We had to ask for everything every day and what was offered never changed which was a bit boring after a few days. It would have been nice if the staff who spoke English ie reception staff who we interacted with each day had mentioned something to us. That's our main gripe and we did end up not looking forward to breakfast which wasn't nice.
The hotel was ok
I had breakfast included according to my confirmation, but the hotel charged us for breakfast. How am I going to get compensated, because if I had known, I wouldn't have paid extra for a "breakfast included" room at booking.com. This looks pretty much like scam to me.
Location was great , close to most amenities within walking distance that a traveller would look out for . Staff at reception were very welcoming, polite & helpful. Cleaning staff were very polite & obliging in meeting our requests
Entrance doors were a bit awkward especially when you have extra large baggage otherwise all good
Location, Near to station, nearby restaurants. Staff were so kind and helpful.
The location was super convenient right next to ilseoun dong. And near palace Very close to line 3,5. The staff was really nice and kind and the cleaning lady was super kind too They have a small sauna underground and i very much liked that place. I was literally alone and enjoy watching tv inside big bath. :)
