Pros (+) I liked that they had a mini fridge, coffee maker, and microwave. They cleaned the room nicely every day and the bed was comfortable for short term stays. The shower was great as well. Plenty of space for folded clothes and the TV was nice. I met 3 staff members and every one of them went above and beyond.
Cons (-) I didn't like that they refilled our coffee with two decaf and one regular package every day. We ended up not using it because both of us couldn't drink a cup of regular. I didn't like that the towels smelled clean but weird, like they just came straight from the manufacturer. I also could have used cleaner carpets and a sink that would drain. The sliding door on the bathroom probably saved space ...

Cons (-) I had to switch room because the cable didnt work and they ran out of the room I paid for so I had to downsize.

Cons (-) smelled old, horrible floors could here every step from the floor above. when i put the heater on it smelled like burnt dirt. coffee was good.
