The spa supposedly an area of relaxation and quietness (and the main reason why I spent --- dollars on a hotel room) was in fact a playground for a dozen of children splashing water from the pool to the hot tub
I accepted a $100 room upgrade charge, plus $75 valet parking fee. I was charged $312.56...
No bill was presented at checkout. No bill was emailed after check out. A fraudulent charge was incurred, and nobody is available at the hotel to review the charges.
Just a welcome comfortable property with an outstanding staff.
They tried to upscale me everysteps. Early check in-$30. But room was not available for early check in. Only Kingsize beds are available for early check in -$30./night. worst, obligatory amenity fee of $45/night for 2 bottle water and internet. Usedcar
Nice and bright and clean.
The deluxe king room was a little smaller than I was expecting.
