San Antonio hotels in Far North Central

Nice clean rooms. Comfortable bed. Ice machine hard to find. Not on every floor which was no problem, but there were no signs saying which floor they were located on. I wasn't the only one at front desk with an empty bucket asking the question.

There was this wonderful lady working in the breakfast area. She was SO WONDERFULLY friendly and very very helpful. I wish I had gotten her name she truly deserves recognition.

Great hotel. Highly recommend you stay here. Check-in was fast and easy. Staff was very friendly and the bed was extremely comfortable. I didn't stay for the free breakfast so, I can't comment on that.

The front desk supervisor provided superior service to us on both days. All staff were very friendly and professional. The sink leaked and we had to ask for maintenance service. But they came quickly and fixed it right the first time. Then the maintenance supervisor called to make sure everything was good as did the front desk clerk. I appreciated their great service.

Room amenities, i.e. free internet in hotel room, microwave and small fridge in room. There is no water heater in the swimming pool and no TV channel in the fitness room.

The rooms were excellent. Plenty of space and rooms cooled off nicely. The breakfast was very good. Staff was friendly. The restrooms didn't flush right .

Everything about our suite was perfect! I'd stay here again in a heartbeat. No complaints.

I liked the friendly welcome we received when checking in and the overall atmosphere of the hotel. Our suite was spacious and clean, and I particularly appreciated the sink and vanity outside of the bathroom. Everything was just fine, but I felt the breakfast was not equivalent to the other particulars of this hotel. While it was adequate, there seemed to no one manning its details. The cold water decanter was empty, trash was accumulating, etc.

Stayed here a number of times. Consistently excellent.

Great place

The breakfast was awesome! The gym facility and pool were very small. Room was just ok. There was a horrible mildew smell coming from our air conditioner and they had tried to cover the smell with a rancid smelling air freshener. Made it very uncomfortable due to the stink.
