Pros (+) I always like having a sofa. Hyatt's have sofas in every room. You can order food 24/7 from the front desk. It isn't great, but its food. Mini fridge. I like the room set up with the sofa and dividing wall. The TV has hookups for VGA, HDMI, Aux, Component cables. Bring a laptop and an HDMI cable and you can use the TV as a monitor. Cons (-) Sofa was in rough shape. The hotel is clean, but it is obviously a bit older. Its seen a lot of milage. The location is kind of weird. Its near the airport but not very accessible from the airport. So you get airport noise, but you have to leave the whole airport complex and go 4 miles around the interstate to get to it. Pros (+) The service from the staff was phenomenal. Particularly the night shuttle driver. A tall Spanish guy, he was the shuttle driver, the front desk guy and even helped out in the kitchen. Phenomenal staff, courteous, amicable and all around polite. Definitely would recommend you stay here.
