It was okay... not the best hotel I've ever stayed at, but not the absolute worst; you get what you pay for. The room was pretty clean and the bed comfy, but nothing luxurious at all about this hotel. Front desk staff were okay too. The facilities seemed a little run down and the continental breakfast wasn't really worth it. Couch in room had cigarette burn marks on it, and carpeting was thin which was put over a pipe/valve that made it lumpy to walk on.
The rim was on the north side right next to I80. The door didn't seal closed so all we heard was the highway the entire time
Clean room Noisy freeway
The rooms were awesome Everything was great
nothing when i left days inn they told me my debit card charge was for $137.58. when i got home and looked at my statement on my computer they charged my debit card $155.58 $18.00 dollars more than they said was the charge. what they did was stole an additional $18.00 out of my account. how would you feel? rick farnsworth
Was not there! I do not like being charged for something I did not use. I will never use your service again, nor recommend to my friends.
Location Dirty, fwy noise
The bed sheets where not clean
small room, noisy with the traffic, friendly employees
easy to locate next to the highway little funky smell in the room
It was a pleasant stay. Room was clean and comfortable and the price was well worth it. There is nothing I can say I did not like.
It was a drug hotel, I was going to stay for 3 days but left after the 1st night!
The free coffee! Guests were loud
Good Room For Price. Very Close To Events Center. Extra Parking For Trailers. Close to Denny's and Carrow's Extra Charge For Computer Hook Up-But Very Poor Power. Very Limited Vending Machines.
close to downtown beds were uncomfortable, television completly outdated.
Location, comfortable bed, close to restaurants Nothing
Location was ok and price was very low. Good value for money. The staff was nive and helpfull
maids did a good job keepeing things inside and out clean and nice looking could not get access to do laundry ,no coffee till after 6 am my job started at 6 am. car was vandalized . tires cut . had to buy new ones . had a drunk pound on door in middle of nite to ask for cigaretes . 3rd day police were out there about anouther vandali issue , the area has too much drama
We attended Hot August Nights Car Show, the location was great as we were far enough away from the noise, but close enough to drive there in a few minutes no tissues in the room, but we had a very nice stay.
Good value. Excellent service. We requested a non-smoking room but it still smelled like smoke and the blanket had a cigarette hole. I could barely fit in the shower. The bed was a little uncomfortable.
Price! They've installed hardwood floors which look beautiful but it sounds like trying to sleep in a bowling alley when people walk across them with shoes on. Carpeting is much better for keeping noise down coming from people walking in the room above you.
Love the upgraded beds and fixtures. The very small shower! The room smelled of cigeratte smoke even though I was in a non-smoking room.
Nothing It sounded like you were literally on the highway. Horrible beds- had a backache when I woke up. No tissues, no hairdryer. The worst hotel I have ever stayed in.
Clean Smoky smell in lobby and people smoking outside rooms
It is right across from Circus Circus in the heart of downtown Reno. No iron or ironing board (as said on site). No hangers. Smells bad. Unkept room (dirty towels, full trash, unmade bed, etc). Elevator didn't work. Breakfast is served out of a hotel room on the 3rd floor. Bad front desk service. Credit card machine was malfunctioning. Parking lot was crowded. Overall: absolutely terrible. Don't stay here just because it's cheap -- pay extra for a better hotel!!
Not much to like. Noisy, lousy wifi, mushy bed, "free local calls" but phone did not work. Corner room right on main drag and windows are not double-glazed. Full of low lifes.
Close to I-80 Didn't feel safe, marijuana scent outside of our hallway area. Room had roaches.
Got to Reno unexpectedly too early the room wasn't ready but they helped out to give us an earliest as possible check in ,the staff was very nice, room was clean, location was great and overall have a great stay..
Staff was okay Lights didn't work, door didn't lock, no comforter on bed
The toilet seat was only held on by one bolt, even after I mentioned it to the hotel...did not get fixed. There were M&Ms on the floor. A Kool aid stain on the bed. Someone's dirty sock next to bed. A child's play purse under the bed.
booked room for hot aug nites..specifically wanted a room w microwave/fridge...NO MICROWAVE, was told that vagabond was under new mgmnt, and microwaves rooms NOT AVAILABLE per RICHARD, the night time clerk..the new owner spoke w me during checkout on sunday A.M., a pleasant gentleman. I explained to him the situation about the oven, he was suprised, then escorted me to a back room in the lobby were he had at LEAST 15 brand new microwaves still in the boxes, along w/ new refrigerators
Pool, Location, Parking A.C was awful, so noisy like olden days motor engine. Bathroom was very congested. TV picture quality was very poor.
Location in respect to the UN Stadium is outstanding. Facilities are so so. Anything less would be unacceptable.
I liked the fact we showed up a day earlier than our reservation and they were able to rent us a room... didn't like the HUGE price difference. Charged me $89.99 for Friday (1st night) at front counter & $53.99 Saturday (2nd night - online reservation) * Wouldn't offer any kind of price concession or discount and laughed at us when we requested money back or discount on room at checkout * Called us at 11:15am Saturday morning asking why we hadn't checked out yet even though we'd pre-paid for Saturday night * Shower wouldn't maintain constant warm water (fuse tripped)* AC cover fell off revealed filthy air filter * Beds uncomfortable * Floor in bathroom rippled so bad door barely closed from prior water damage* noisy people hanging out @ night in parking lot *junk strewn around parking lot * I've traveled a lot and this was by far THE WORST MOTEL I HAVE EVER STAYED AT!
If your in town for the weekend and just need a place to lay your head this is a good spot, stayed multiple times never had any problems fairly safe and quiet area, unlike other motels on Virginia st or 4th street The pictures make it look a lot nicer than it actually is but still a decent place to stay
Okay close to downtown. Old, dirty, uncomfortable... Especially, loud voices when someone just taking shower next door in the middle of the night. Hard to get back to sleep again. It might be a bit cheaper on price, but it wound our vacation time...
Cheap Room smelled overpoweringly of cigarette smoke. Room was ice cold and the heater only had one setting (really high). There was loud noise all night. Didn't feel like the safest area.
The pool was clean-ish Trash in the room. Dirty carpets. Rude employees. Will not stay there again
The office staff were very nice And helpful The cleaning staff needs to do a better job and better customer service
Location Very dated
Close to a family event. Convenient, nice breakfast!
Inexpensive and close to airport Carpet
the pool was great and our room was steps away
Price was great. Glass windows from ceiling to floor - we did not feel safe.
The room was not very clean. We left our room at 9 am and by almost 3 it was still not cleaned. The shower leaked, there was water damage on the walls and they beds didn't appear to be very clean.
Location, price Old, worn floors
