Pros (+) Easy check in and clean room. Very comfortable bed. Breakfast was simple but filling. Good location and close to Collin College. Great value.

Cons (-) Nothing was as advertised. From the rude staff to the hanging electrical wiring, to the broken ceiling tiles, non functioning dirty bathrooms, dirty used towels, this place should be condemned. Everything needs to be repaired and replaced. The ridiculous breakfast area doubles as the front desk. The health dept would have a field day at this shithole. Stay away stay far away.
