Beautiful hotel. The common areas and rooms are beautifully decorated. Front desk staff were clueless. Manager was super nice, smart and helpful but she can only do so much. Pros (+) Bed was comfortable. Room decor was funky and fun. Staff was friendly and responsive. Location was central. Happy hour was a nice bonus. The Commoner restaurant was outstanding; try the dessert with the fig cake and rye vanilla ice cream!
