Pros: the breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed it each morning, just wished it had lasted a little longer. some people like to sleep in!!!!

Cons: not much parking at the inn itself, had to park across the road in their other lot.

Cons: Loud music the hotel was playing below our room is the only complaint I have.

Pros: Great staff, very clean, great location

Cons: Needs a second fireplace. One fireplace just isn’t enough for the size of the hotel.

Cons: Wish it had a small bar...... being Margaritaville. I didn’t wanna leave the hotel with my preteen-teen kids by themselves to have a drink.

Pros: The location was really good. Walking access to everything. Although we did not check them out, bicycles were available to use. Breakfast was good. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful.

Pros: I just got home for a visit with the Inn and told myself I would take the time to write a review because I was so impressed.I visited with my daughter and 2 of her friends.We loved the amount of counter space in the bathroom and in the room itself.(much needed with teens).The beds ,pillows sheets were very comfortable.We loved the amount of outlets to charge our phones ,the lighting and large mirror.The room and the whole hotel was very clean and smelled great.(nothing overpowering.Loved the connivence to the island and surrounding areas.

Cons: I am an animal lover and would love to see Casey in a better/larger/home.(a few cool trees maybe)(a friend )I really enjoyed visiting with him and believed he copied my hello and goodbye waves and head tilting.Only other thing I can think of is a little better breakfast but it was decent and I’m glad it was provided ,a good selection overall.

Pros: The staff were not just friendly, they were truly sincere happy people that made us feel welcome. The room was everything I had expected it to be. It was an easy walk to several attractions including the Island.

Pros: Staff was very impressive. From Check-In to the gentleman sweeping and mopping the floors, everyone was polite, helpful and professional. Loved the room. Loved the 24/7 pools.

Pros: We loved all of the amenities such as in-door pools, arcade room, washer and dryer, workout facilities, etc.

Cons: Breakfast served earlier. We had Volleyball tournaments all weekend and had to be at the convention center by 6:45. Breakfast at the hotel didn't start until 7:00am. Would have been great to have some cold breakfast options available.

Pros: Rooms are very clean and relaxing. Outside experience was outstanding very well maintained. Fresh clean smell from the lobby to the room. Will be back for sure

Cons: Nothing. If one thing could be possible maybe a second hot tub. I think everyone enjoys some time around the tub

Cons: The noise coming from the village (music, people talking, kids screaming) made for a very unpleasant experience. Also, adding to this is the zero soundproofing of doors (entry and balcony). Laying in bed up until after 11pm, kids and people were also talking loudly in the hall, running up and down the hall and basically making it such between the noise coming from the outside “village corridor” and the hallway it was impossible to rest until well after 11pm. Then again in the morning the piped in “village” music starts again and the whole routine repeats itself. The party I was traveling with in the second room said it is quieter staying in NYC! Shower water pressure is poor - a shame because the bathroom is nice. Don’t bother trying to use the gimmick of the margarita machine. It’s a chore to use and for the $65 the hotel charges for ingredients and hit/miss quality of the actual drink go have yourself a margarita in a restaurant. The machine margarita was foamy and a waste of money. If I went back, the only room I would consider here would be the back side stream facing rooms, but that would not eliminate the possibility of kids and uncouth parents yelling and screaming in the hallways incessantly. The room prices are top of the chart for this area so one would expect a different caliber of guest and hotel in general, but it is what it is. Lipstick on a pig comes to mind.

Pros: Bed was super comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Valet was very convenient.

Cons: No room service for food. Slow service at the coffee shop. Cobwebs on the ceiling in our room and crumbs on the floor in our room when we arrived.

Pros: The staff were so friendly but I have to mention one in particular. Theresa, the bar tender was soooo nice. We really loved talking with her and she made us want to come back. She made great drinks too! The size of the room was really nice and the bathroom was perfect for my son, who uses a wheelchair. Of course, the location was awesome.

Cons: The beds were not very comfortable. Mattresses were too firm for us. We also did not have the blender or "frozen concauction maker" in our room as advertised.

Cons: Check in was at 4:00pm which is 2 hours later then most. I arrived at 4:15 and was unable to check in until 6:05. We then had less than two hours in the water park. Very upsetting.

Pros: Breakfast was buffet style with lots of options. Hotel close to quite a few attractions to reduce the need to drive.

Cons: Staff not the friendliest; one lifeguard did not seem to care about ensuring the safety of the children. Pool doesn't open until 0900 and the slides close at 8:30 PM. Slides are older and one of them hurts going down;the slide seems dig into the back.

Pros: The staff was excellent. Very friendly. Breakfast was good and Mr. Bill was very nice to talk with. The view was wonderful as with the location. Overall very nice time.

Cons: I thought there would be more water activities for the price. My kids really enjoyed the couple that were available but only lasted an hour or two and then they were bored with it.

Cons: I didn’t like the gate open to the big pool it kinda made me a little paranoid that my kid my run over there but he didn’t. The inside pool wasn’t heated.

Cons: Not really a water park, an over crowded pool with 2 slides. Not enough lifeguards to have rules followed and make parents look after kids. My 11 month old got hit by a football and basketball in the face in my arms! Parents let kids run wild!! Our sheets were not changed at least one day. The breakfast was terrible! Sausage was still raw (very pink throughout!) and cold, eggs were mostly water you couldn’t hardly get to the waffle irons and when you could the wait was so long and so crowded I was hit into the hot irons! The toilet seat was broken. When I went and asked for extra towels the front desk lady was on her cell chatting on a personal call giggling and laughing. When the man got finished with the guest in front porch of me he looked at me turned and walked off. The lady finally finished her call and ignored me; I finally spoke up said excuse me, she rolled her eyes and said “Yes!” In a rude manner. The ice bucket leaked. The pull out couch we left open every day to be changed, it was not changed just sheets pulled up and never closed back up. Floor didn’t get vacuumed as all the crumbs from the kids snack was still on the floor. Was advertised as a suite but was a room with a couch not a suite. This fell so far below expectations. The water park was an overcrowded pool with 2 slides to the side. We will not be returning.
