The noise level, running jumping was heard all night
Great hotel, bad breakfast
There hotel was very convenient, very clean, the bed was very comfortable, the shower was decent, and overall our experience was very positive.
The breakfast experience was awful. The breakfast room was unbelievably confusing. There were paid groceries interspersed with maybe-free stale bagels with cheap-diner packaged condiments, horribly awful coffee with cheap-diner packaged cream, interrupted by a window selling tiny fancy food cartons. I have never been so confused for a hotel breakfast, and although we choked down a piece of bread and took some really bad coffee to throw away at the parking garage, the breakfast experience seriously marred an otherwise great experience.
Dependable Boutique Chain
Stayed at Alofts in PHX and Tampa, always consistent and a good value.
Room is nicely appointed, ours needed a little maintenance TLC on the shower door. Water pressure also a little low.
Convenience store appears to be congregation site for homeless etc. and I would not go there at night.
Bang for Our Buck
Very upbeat place to stay. Colorful and uplifting! Rooms are very spacious and the beds are big and cozy. Staff was very friendly!!! Me and my husband will be staying here again!!!
staff is super, price is great. I love that they encourage people to go green and not have their sheets washed daily - they give $ back for every day you don't get clean towels and bedding. I highly recommend Aloft
Quick baseball trip
The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Loved that they had a shuttle to and from the airport. We ate at the Ruby Tuesday's right by it and had a great time with some of the locals. Aloft is close to the light rail, which was very convenient for us since we were going to the Diamondbacks game in downtown Phoenix. Would definitely stay here again. The price was also great!
The only complaint that we had was that there was some construction going on that started at 530 am, which woke us up way earlier than needed.
fun atmosphere, really good pool
I wish they had a hottub
It was fine. Nothing special.
Convenient to airport.
Kinda like a cheesy Vegas hotel. Unorganized staff.
Nice, clean and noisy
Planes, trains and automobiles. Heard them all, all night long.
Very close to airport, stylish rooms, friendly and helpful staff.
Close to airport and tramline, meaning constant background noise. Hallway and adjacent rooms also conducted lots of noise.
I didn't contract any disease
Rundown dingy with homeless people and prostitutes hanging around. Very noisy. Towels, when you could get them, were dirty gray and Iike sandpaper
