Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, with many appreciating its proximity to Montmartre, metro stations, and local attractions. The staff receives positive remarks for being friendly and helpful, and some guests mention good value for the price. However, cleanliness is a major concern, with several reviews citing dirty rooms, lack of daily cleaning, and poorly maintained facilities. Breakfast quality is frequently criticized for being minimal or unsatisfactory. Room size and amenities are also mentioned as drawbacks, with some guests finding the rooms small, outdated, or lacking basic equipment. Overall, while the location and staff are highlights, improvements in cleanliness, breakfast, and room facilities are needed.
