Pros (+) Gilbert at front desk was very helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and nicely set up, AC was very good.
Cons (-) Internet was extremely slow and would disconnect often. Manager was supposed to call me after I left to discuss. Never heard from her. Bartenders was as friendly as a rock and don't know how to mix drinks. They were more interested in speaking to wait staff than customers.

Pros (+) This was the first time my husband and I have ever stayed at a Holiday Inn and we were very pleased with the room, staff and all of the amenities. The 24 hour pool/spa was great. The icing on the cake was the convenience of the in house restaurant and bar. Amazing mini vacay for the hubby and I.

Pros (+) Newly renovated. It didn't seem like a Holiday Inn. Nice restaurant and bar. Live piano music in the bar. Nice lobby lounge areas. And a fantastic staff.
