Pros (+) Staff was very nice- our room was not quite ready so we went to lunch and they called when it was ready. We were able to check in early which was very nice. Condo was nice, kids loved the bunk beds, but it is showing its age. Great beach location and nice pools.
Cons (-) Was hesitant to stay here because The Summit has the reputation of being a party place. It delivered. Many young adults drinking at the bar by the pool and making much noise until all hours of the night. Condo was nice overall but was not in the best condition.
