Friendly and helpful staff; excellent restaurant and good quality of food and reasonably priced. It would have been nice to have had some tea making facilities in my room, ie a kettle etc.
Facilities were excellent. We were allowed to use our free breakfast vouchers even though we hadn't fullfilled their conditions.Reception were English speaking and very helphul booking taxis restaurants etc.I was escorting a group of 12 people on a restaurant, city break (from Ireland) and they were all very impressed with this hotel. The gym was free but we had to pay for use of spa steam room etc Quite a walk into town centre so paid out quite a bit on taxis. Some guests were disapointed that there were no bar facilities available after midnight.
Staff were excellent, food was good value and really good quality.
Well designed hotel friendly efficient staff Nothing
Accommodatng reception staff, excellent breakfast
The view from the window The charge to use the spa 10 euros as most hotel swimming pool/spa areas are free of charge, unless you book a treatment which obviously has to be paid for as an extra charge. The room we were allocated was very small - one night was enough!!! for more than one night we would have needed to book a larger room.
The hotel it self is fine, with very nice but small garden. The bed was not good. The location of the hotel did not suit us.
The ample space in the junior suite, cleanliness, friendliness of all staff
The staff was very helpful and professional and the location was okay (about 20 mins walk to old town/cathedral). The beds were uncomfortable but bearable.
quiet, comfortable, a good base. Easy to get email. Excellent facilities now that the pool and new restaurant area are complete
Location, Facilities The Air conditioning didn't work. Staff a bit miserable
The view was wonderful. Our hotel was close to several restaurants and shopping mall. The Cathederal was a 5 minute drive. There was an oversight on the daily housekeeping staff. I notified the manager and housekeeping was at the door within 10 minutes on Christmas day.
Good views, clean rooms, close to modern shopping centre and easy access to main street via lift. Having nothing done about the reported fault with the tv therefore preventing us from watching any of the films at night. As I have arthritis I need to rest after an active day.
We had a small room, with no view, too much of a hassel to complain, for 1 night. Hotel a bit old, and needs work, big problem is parking, I had to walk for 15 minuts after finaly finding a spot, and this is febuary.
The view of the marina and Palma city from our balcony was stunning. There was also an excellent choice for breakfast. Slightly to far from the city although there was a regular bus(No 3) available at a cost of 1.25 euro's per person.
Location and view Service and food
Friendly staff , very clean rooms & public areas. Amazing views over Marina and to cathedral in distance. Rooms comfortable . I would highly recommend this hotel, I will be back for future visits.
Good for winter visit, was close to shopping area but not close to beach although easily accessible by bus. Indoor pool smelled like urine
The hotel was just great. The staff were friendly and very helpful. We wanted to rent a car, they arranged it. We wanted to find something, they knew exactly where we needed to go. Great staff. Christmas Eve dinner was also most excellent. Would highly recommend the hotel Would have liked to be a little closer to the action. But, this is not really a minus. Where we were was quiet and peaceful
I found the staff very plesent and were very helpful. The breakfast buffet was excellent value. I found it a little far from the city, however the frequent bus service made up for that.
The views from the hotel are magnificent. We had breakfast in the hotel twice and dinner 1 night which was very nice indeed, plenty of choice. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we thouroughly enjoyed our stay.
What a wonderful hotel. We paid a little extra for the sea view and boy was it worth it. The staff was friendly and English speaking. The room was also quite large and very clean. We had a wonderful stay here. If you close the balcony door from the outside, it locks and you cannot get back into the room. We were trapped on our balcony for quite a while before we could get someone's attention. Makes for a good story, though.
Location and breakfast
Breathtaking view of Palma golf. Very nice stuff. Free Wi-Fi (but not everyware). Very very comfortable. Probably the best location in Palma. Nothing.
Literally everything. Staff, service, communication, room and I can't even describe it. We loved every aspect. We had to pick a last minute hotel and this was the best decision and choice. Love, love, love.
The location, reception staff, breakfast (we were offered a special rate), and room Eventhough the area was quiet when we stayed, I would imagine the seafront gets very noisy during high season. Better soundproof windows would be a good investment for the hotel.
Very good quality four star hotel.Very modern and well equipped.Included excellent breakfast. Service at breakfast a little shaky....shortage of teaspoons! Otherwise excellent.
Beautiful location and view, close to the harbour, sun terrace, swimmingpool, balcony, close to city attractions, restaurants and shopping: Perfect for combination of city and sun holiday The restaurant. Expensive breakfast, poor dinner. Surroundings too big, few people, too much light, not intimate or romantic, no servings on the terrace for dinner, boring menue, almost nobody in the bar at night. Front desk slow, too many phone calls at the same time as check in/check out and questions from customers. Also poor marketing of what to do in Palma, you had to know in advance and ask. No maps or sightseeing available visually in the reception
the helpfulness, effieciency and friendliness of the staaff at the desk and bar.
Great hotel in a great location overlooking the Palma marina. Easy access to town centre either walking or bus from outside hotel. Excellent breakfast although cost was half that advertised in bookings.com. Beds a little too hard. Nevertheless, staying at this hotel would have been spoilt if not given a sea view room.
The breakfast buffet hade a wide variety of food - very good.
The location of the hotel is excellent, the facilities are very good, the rooms and public areas clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful. I loved just about everything about this hotel. My bed was hard and there was an odd smell in the room but I think might have been due to the heat.
Everything was superb! Highly recommend!
The hotel has a wonderful view, the room was very clean and really comfortable. The breakfast amazing
Excellent hotel with very good staff and great location on the marina with easy access by foot to the centre or by public transport to the beach. Decent night-life located closeby too...good breakfast.. Rang the hotel on the night before arrival to confirm on early check-in and told it would be no problem. Arrived at 10am and room was not ready then told to come back by 12/12.30pm but still the room was not ready - eventually checked in at 13.30pm - did get a room with a marina view but was not a good start.
Breakfast buffet Poor air conditioning in room
The staff was very helpful and the overall sixties/seventies style of the hotel aggreed with me. During our stay the outdoor pool was closed although the weather was excellent.
There is noise from the street as the hotel is in the night club area of Palma.
Location Bar and disco noise all night
Excellent facilities, good location, polite and helpful staff, superb breakfast menu External noise throughout the night - take earplugs!
Good location and value for money
Location was excellent. Lovely view of Palma bay. Overall - a good experience. While the room was clean it was a little outdated - heavy 80's style furniture/decor was not in keeping with my personal taste, however, the bathroom was more up to date.
the convienence of position, the friendly staff & services of the hotel
The staff are very helpful with suggestions on where to go and what to see. Buffet breakfast was excellent and included in the rate. Other than breakfast, meals and serving staff are mediocre for a 5 star hotel. Fortunately there are good restaurants in the area....
The Staff- they were excellent. The pool area was also most pleasant, and the view from our room was beautiful. Nothing - only the walk up from the village. However, taxi at €3- who could complain!
The staff are very friendly and helpfull. The cleaning of the room was not good.
The best thing about the hotel is the pool area. It is spacious and very attractive. I would like to bring my children here sometime but I am not comfortable that children would fit in as most of the guest are quite old. The only thing I didn't like on both my stays was teh beds. When I book a double room I expect a double bed not two single beds pushed togther. This is not romantic.
Excellent facility with all amenities, good views and location. Spa Service is a rip-off. I signed up for an hour's sports massage and my masseur rushed through the process in less than forty minutes. For the experience, I paid nearly 300 Euros. One of the reasons I chose this hotel is becasue it had a Spa, something which I use on all of my recreational trips. This one was the worst ever!
- Very quiet, clean, nice installations. Wifi for free in the hall. - Wifi not for free in the room. I concider water, electricity and Internet access as the basis.
Friendliness of staff Unable to check in at 3.00pm
old and not a 5 start level
views and location to Porta Portals
Bed was extremely comfortable and the sea view uninteruppted. The concierege were most helpful. Car parking was definitely a must There was a wedding or wedding fair on on the Friday evening and as we were right a bove the function room it was terribly noisy. Foirtunately all finished at midnight.
Very friendly staff, good food, perfect gaspacho, nice beach, conviniet location very strange choice of Russian TV channel (RBC - the only one); looks like nothing to do there with children - no one playground, even on the beach
Room was ready at 11.00H instead 15.00h.Clean. Quiet. I had a room a little bit at the end, no view!
Position of hotel and location The front desk staff could hve been a bit more knowledgeable about tours.
Good spa facilities, nice beach, easy to get to the center of Palma and Porto Pi shopping center. Smelly room not really up to 5* hotel, very noisy if you book the room with the city view - which is actually overlooking the main street & back entry for the laundry services. Smell of savage for 4 days & we were not able to get rid off it!!!. Poor newspapers selection - no English titles. Cleaning ladies very noisy in the morning, chatting next to our room. Very souless hotel with generally poor service, without a single smile. Will not recommend to friends.
Nixe Palace was perfect for our weekend away and we cannot wait to stay there again. We arrived to cava and fresh fruit in our room and that level of service continued throughout the stay. From yummy food in the bistro to the delightful spa to the spectacular views of the sea, this hotel is absolutely fantastic. For those who prefer to stay near to the city, this is a bit further out, but taxis frequently drive past the hotel and we never waited more than ten minutes for one. There is also, as others have mentioned, a bus stop near the hotel, but as the cabs were so cheap, we never used this.
We popped over to the Nixe for 3 nights and it was a wondful break. The hotel is right of the beach and we had a huge balcony so we could simply sit and watch the sea. We ate in several times for lunch ( as the view was so lovely) and in the evening. Excellent food and service. Hotel does front onto a main road and although many shops were closed as this is low season, I suspect it might get fairly busy in summer. However, the NIxe is an oasis , with a great spa and we would definateyl stay there again..Bus cost 1euro to get into Palma 25 mins away. Road at front of hotel could be busy in Summer. Cannot walk very far along sea front as beach fairly short.
Sea view, balcony Lack of the hotel territory, poor vegetation around
wonderful pool breakfast was overpriced and the fitness room was non-existent
The staff were fantastic, so accomodating, and the views from the rooms were so beautiful (sea-view rooms). Our only complaint was the room cleaning - it was a bit shoddy, wine glasses were left as they were without being taken away, the room was turned down with no attempt at making anything else right - in all just a bit of a quick and unprofessional job for a 5 star hotel. This was the only thing though, the whole hotel was amazing otherwise and we would definitely go back again.
the service food at the pool
Great staff, great breakfast, nice pool, great location. Great room - we have a room looking at Tito's, a very popular night venue, open until late in the night, but the sound isolation was great, so we heard nothig!
I love the Victoria. The friendly staff, immaculate surroundings, nothing is too much trouble for anyone.
stuff I expected that there is bigger and better gym
Location, rooms excellent, comfort, people, employees great no
Wonderful stay, very pleasant front of house staff, very comfortable room. Let down a little by poor housekeeping over the four nights.
The room is very comfortable, breakfast was delicious and the restaurant staff impecable. The water pressure of the bathroom .
Very friendly staff. Spacious rooms with great attention to detail - especially accessories provided in the bathroom. Could have a better selection of english entertainment channels on the television.
Excellent breakfast, location great, good views of the city yet you feel you are in a semi-rural location. Good quality food in the restaurants. For a five-star hotel it was little short on what you might expect. Do not compare it to Sandy Lane or other hotels of that standard. We had to ask to have the sheets turned in the evening, this they were happy to do. You'd also occasionally find that there was not enough towels in the room. Trivial things like that!
Very pleasant week at Castillo Hotel Son Vida. The staff were very helpful and always greeted with a smile. They upgraded our room so we could have a balcony too which was nice. They only issue was that it was quiet at night so we drove into Palma every evening rather than eat at the hotel.
I loved the location close to Palma also the hotel facilities pool, spa, golf and the food was fantastic!!
wonderful surroundings and so peaceful
Wonderful relaxed atmosphere, excellent friendly staff.
very calm. nice. good quality. good location.
Professionalism of the stuff. Level of the service and hotel itself is very high. Politeness of the stuff Excellent positioning and picturesque view on the surroundings. Excellent cousine at both restaurants. 4 swimming pools. Parking Nothing
The quality of the hotel itself and the professionalism of the staff - nothing was too much trouble. The restaurant food was of a very high standard and the setting of the hotel is perfect being very quiet yet with Palma only a few minutes away
relaxing and luxurious--felt I was in a fairy tale! made for a fabulous 2nd honeymoon! would've liked complimentary shuttle service to/from town
the whole experience
Convenience, places of interest within walking distance The breakfast could have been better, with more choices of fruits & cakes. Tissue papers are really common thing that should be available for guests
the ease of how everything was at the hotel just one thing and that is for 5 nights I wish they would of given a better rate for all nights
Elegant and attractive, although not as glamorous as it looked on the internet. Staff very good. Tea/coffee making facilities in the room would have been nice. Plus details like box of tissues. Breakfast very expensive for us with the exchange rate. Sparse on pillows.
The hotel was conveniently situated, the room was comfortable and spacious and the hotel staff very friendly and helpful Very little but gym / leisure facilities were limited and I would have expected rate to include breakfast and not have to pay an additional 12 euros pp.
An excellent hotel with luxurious, traditional decor. Comfortable beds and marble baths and floors completed the experience. The Continental has an excellent location near Jaime III for world class shopping. The spa/fitness center was immaculate and well equipped for a small space. Room service was prompt and efficient and the multi-lingual staff made staying here a real pleasure I have already booked a reservation for my return trip. There was not one thing I didn't like about the Continental.
A really excellent breakfast Nothing
It was quiet, the location was good, the breakfast was good and the breakfast area was attractive. I would have liked to be able to get some english language channels on the TV. The decor is rather old fashioned in its style; I prefer something more contemporary. But all in all the hotel was just fine for what we wanted.
it had a calm atmosphere. professional staff. me and my mother enjoyed the stay and made us relaxed even though the traffic outside was sometimes a bit noisy.
Good hotel, modern, clean with profesional staff and service. Some traffic noise due to location was only downside. Traffic noise a bit intrusive
Friendly, efficient staff, both at reception and breakfast. Good security re keys at reception.
Everything The jacuzzy was cold and the pillows where very poor
The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. The staffwere very friendly.
Good facilities I asked for an early check in but this was not possible (and I did not recieve notification) hence I was kept waiting for over 3 hours without a room
The breakfast was really good. We were going to stay at this hotel for five days, and we left after the first day. The hotel is very old and outdated. You can only stay here if you are going to play golf. Great golf, but the spa and the rooms need total renovations.
Relaxing lounge area Breakfast is not very well organized, though the girls are nice
Chill out area, roof area. It is not a 4 star hotel: small rooms, no room telephone, no room service, elevator small and old, staff not prepared, breakfast very very poor.
This is a good place to stay;- comfortable and clean with very helpful and polite staff;- an enjoyable continental breakfast;- 200 mtrs from the bus stop for the No.1 bus direct to / from the airport (4 euros). Nothing actually, but the "sea view" rooms are overpriced.
Friedness of staff, small but pretty breakfast. Carpet on florrs and lift were just awfull, need urgent change. Hotel is ending some majir works, maybe this is why...
Pretty boutique hotel, the staff really looked after us well, breakfast was good, would recommend pool is tiny and the jacuzi was not working, they did not have the 4 twin rooms I had requested on arrival.
The hotel is situated right next to the beach, that i my oppinion was the only plus of the hotel. There was no air conditioning
We were on the 7th floor with the most amazing view! The room is basic, but the bathroom is clean and modern. It's only a 9 Euro taxi ride into town. Great pool/seating area and the hotel is right on the beach.
The best thing is that Santa Ana is located on the beach, which is small, but clean and very nice. For this price to live on the beach and have a sea-view from the balcony I think is very good option. Food was very good in the hotel restaurant, great choice and only 10 Euro for dinner, which is very cheap for a tourist from London. Breakfast was very good as well. Staff were friendly and nice. The hotel, i.e. building is quite old, and the room reminded me an old Soviet style hotel with very old furniture... I was expecting a bit modern one.. some staff did not speak good English which may be a bit frusrtating.. The area nearby hotel is quite boring, not many restaurants or entertainment..
Big room, balcony and beautiful beach. I did not feel secure when I was in the elevator.
Superb location. Very efficient and friendly front desk. Incredibly we found a cigarette butt in the folded duvet on the bed! In Spain????????
The location of the hotel is good.Beach is right at the front door and by a short walk lots of restaurants and bars and around 10 min walk a big shopping center and the main port of Palma.Bus stop is close, easy connection to the airport by 2 bus.Take Bus 3 and stop at the shopping center and from the same bus stop take Bus1 which goes to the airport. All for 4 euros and 20 min. The room was very old style and not too comfortable.Very thin walls so easily could hear everything from next rooms. The room and hotel cleaners started to work early and they were so loud it was impossible to sleep in the morning. The elevator/lift sometimes didnt worked or went mad.Beside the receptionists and the bar staff most of the hotel staff did not speak any other language only spanish. Not even in the Hotel`s restaurant. And finaly the water.Sometimes had no hot water and sometimes it was yellow and dirty.Overall I wouldnt stay there once again but it was an OK category for 4 days.
close to sea
Location - right on the beach. Friendliness of staff. Access to Palma. Dated decor. Poor breakfast (bad coffee, processed cheese, slimy ham, tinned fruit). Dodgy lifts.
right by the beach
The location of the hotel is very good. Our room has a nice view to the sea. If you don't expect to much from a 3 star hotel than It's ok. The breakfast is only between 8 am and 10 am, but most of the guest's are young people who like to go out at the night, would be better till 10.30 am or 11 am. No air conditioner in the room's, there is a possibility to rent a fan for 40 euros/week, but from a third party agency and it seems a bit complicated. We couldn't reach it.
reception staff extremely helpful and friendly. room lovely, view from terraza fabulous, jacuzzi and swimming pool very nice , breakfast good wasnt many english channels in the room -would like bbc1 and itv
central location in the city
convenience.able to walk into Palma being overlooked by the tryp belver and having to have curtains closed all time in room
Good location for my purposes. Value for money. Nice room. Hotel decor is a bit dated, could do with an interior designer.
service was very good
The Hotel staff made it feel like it was 'family run' and not just a job. For a city Hotel, noise was not a problem, we used the 20th century improvement....'Shut the doors' Slpit lifts, and not next to each other.
Hotel facilities - pool/sauna etc. Room very large with sea view. Able to sit on 4th floor restaurant terrace outside for breakfast even in December
Nice hotel, excellent location
Located directly on the Palma marinas waterfront with a nice guest balcony on the 5th floor overlookin the harbor. Polite staff, spotless modern barhroom, decent wifi (video streaming for Skype spotty) Room had a slightly musty odor
The receptionists were welcoming and they well explained the hotel facilities, the room was spacious It should be stated that the hotel is near a very noisy and crowded road, in case someone wants to have quiet surroundings
We very much liked the position of the Hotel because it was easy to get to wherever we wanted to go. Also the rooms were very spacious The rooms were very stuffy even when the airconditioning was not turned on. Opening the window means that you get the traffic noise from the road in front.
The hotel was comfortable and there was a good choice at breakfast. (we did not have dinner at this hotel so we cannot comment on other meals) Contrary to reports I have read elsewhere, my Wife and I found the hotel reception to be efficient and helpful, with a good understanding of the English language. Although it did not affect us in anyway, this hotel is not suitable for people with walking difficulties due to its location on a hill, and narrow approach road. The swimming pool area needs some improvement.
great pool and breakfast too far from centre
the staff were kind. and the pool was fine very dirty and very noisy. We slept there for 3 nights ad all the 3 nights there were a lot of noise in the hotel. The sheets and towels were not changed and there were no glasses, no knives and no plate in the room. I dont recommend the hotel any way t any one.
Great stay here. Nothing too fancy but comfortable, clean, cute, and very helpful staff. Free wifi in lobby.
Location was ideal for city ,Bellevair Castle and beach.Proximity to Porto Pi shopping centre and bus stop.Food was very good and staff friendly and helpful Noise does carry between rooms and floors.Sound insulation may improve this
no A/C, old furnitures.
Swimming pool clean and beds available always. standard double room ok and hotel staff vey cooperative. Occasionally bar personnel not available for after dinner drinks which did not encourage people to have a drink in the lounge/bar area.
Very near palma Airport and local beach cala major. Excellent bus links to Palma town. Very noisey rooms as though walls were made of paper. i went to get well after an illness, but didn't get any sleep for the 4 nights stay due to other guests, barking dogs, cars and deliveries outside the hotel.
Location and food
Hotel Staff was very friendly - Rooms are comfortable and clean Noise from the streets even with the Windows closed...
Clean room, superior bathroom, friendly staff
Lovely room, free minbar Air con not working
The bathroom was fantastic and lovely comfy beds.
Modern hotel with good facilities. We liked free minibar offer. Only 10 min walk from the heart of the city (Catedral), and you can find really good restaurants nearby. Free wifi would be perfect in rooms, too. If you have no reserved parking place in hotel parking, you could hardly find place in the street.
Spacious and clean main room and bathroom. Staffs were quite helpful. Free mini bar. Close to the bay.
The hotel is very close to Marina Alboran in Palma; Interesting architecture of rooms
lovely room and location
Location. Looks -> very modern trendy hotel. Breakfast available till noon on the weekend !!! Wifi not practical -> should have an online paying facility iso only at reception. (Or make it free)
People very helpful at reception and on the hole a very nice hotel We had to pay a bill at the end of our stay, probably our fault as we were under the impression all had been paid upfront. Currently investigating this possibility. If reading this could you clarify this please
excellent breakfast; good access to main centres; 24 hour service; room good size and good cleaning services;internet access Some noise in early evenings and morning from other rooms and equipment. Not crowded so may be worst in high season
Even thought it said there was internet access, it was only from an old computer in a very tiny and dark room. Not really four stars.........
the friendly and helpful staff. the rooms were nice and comfortable, with quite a space. the breakfast, the sauna, small swimming pool and gym included was great value for the price.
Very good location, good service and spa and swimming pool, clean and comfortable.
The hotel was centrally situated in Palma and handy for sight seeing, shopping and restaurants. The bus stop to Illetas beach was just up the road, just a short walk away. The bus stop into Palma was just across the road - very handy. The hotel was a pleasant one to stay in, beds were comfortable, the buffet breakfast in the morning was very enjoyable with lots of choice. The bar was convenient and all staff we encountered were very pleasant. The indoor pool area was badly lit and felt dark and enclosed. There was no member of staff around to ask about the sauna. We could not see anywhere in the pool area to change from our day clothes into swimwear.
The staff is very friendly and the indoor pool facilities are nice. The room, although big had only one small window so it felt a bit like living in a cave. The hotel is also located a bit outside of the center so if you want to do sightseeing you are better of going for a more central place.
Was not enough Sun loungers (less than 10, for a hotel with a few hundred capacity!)
it a small nice hotel with a good value for money the hotel does not have internal access in the rooms.
the closeness to the harbor and walking distance to the major attractions the front desk staff and basic lack of helpfullness - really horrible by comparison to other hotels
The hotel is a little far from most attractions in Palma, but taxi was very cheap and easy to find so it wasn't an issue. Nevertheless, for what we paid for the room it was a pretty good deal. The hotel wasn't attractive from the outside and the bar area seemed cold and un-inviting.
The interior Decor The outside appearance
Particularly liked the pool and garden area. Found it very relaxing. Reception staff were very helpful, the service in the restaurant area at breakfast was also very good and the staff pleasant and helpful. I didn't like the fact that often there was no one to serve you at the bar area.
Please write at least 15 words The bathroom could have been cleaner- hair in the bidet!! Not good!
Just perfect !! I recommend it at 100%
good service, central and we had the pool for our selfs the cafe was poor serviced
rooms nice and modern plus good size. halfway up a mountain so unable to walk anywhere really but taxis cheap enough, pool 90% shaded with trees so unable to sunbathe, no background music in hotel anywhere which would have given it a better atmosphere.
Convenient for ferry terminal and access to motorway. Nice gadens and pool. Long way from City centre. First room TV did not work, had to be moved. No sheet change in 6 days. Very expensive breakfast. I do not think it was worth the 64 Euros a night we paid without breakfast.
The design of the hotel the wardrobe was too small and practically attached to one side of the bed
The genuine friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff, the biggest asset. Lack of a lounge bar in which to relax, and the near alcohol-free contents of the mini-bar.
La Cala was closed but we were upgraded to neighbouring Hotel Playa Cala Mayor -both hotels in ideal location next to beach with good views. Hotel restaurant provided excellent breakfast and dinner buffets
The only thing we liked was the location of the hotel in comparison to La Palma which made it easier to find something to do at night. In addition, it was helpful that it was an all inclusive. The accomodations were very minimal for the price we paid for the week. 1K canadian for one week was way too much for a bed that had foam as a mattress, and walls so thin you can here a person sneeze from all corners of the room. In addition, we did not have a balcony which made our stay even harder considering this is a beach resort and we needed somewhere to try and dry our towels etc.
The location was excellent, right beside the sea front and from our room we could view the entire beach. The staff were very friendly and polite but not too knowledgeable when we asked about local activities or restaurants. It would help if they knew a little more about what was going on locally and had reccomendations.
Nice position, few stairs to the beach (Cala Mayor), the hotel has everything you need. People very kind. The all inclusive was not so expensive and convenient.
For a three star hotel it ia at the lower end of that bracket and its only real majoor feature is it is frontline beach with a great view from the balcony. Basic interior, basic furniture in the bedrooms and basic beds. No air conditioning in the bedrooms - good job I was there at the end of september. The buffet all inclusive food was very poor.
Near to beach and a lovely view. Near to buss. A wonderful terrace with many sitting groups and gown up nice trees.
View, bus to palma on the back of teh hotel, all inclusives, directly on the beach, alltogether very ggod value and location, we will stay there again! Food very monotomous
Service was great. Very old hotel brilliant location. Rooms without balconys were awful.
Very relaxing, fantastic view from the balcony, food was good and the staff very helpful and very pleasent, a very good holiday, would definatly recommend this hotel and resort to anyone. No.
Bus Stop into Palma was practically outside the door and it was right by a lovely little beach. The food was excellent!!!!! We had "All Inclusive". However, we were only allowed to have Red or White wine -- no Rose, although they actually had it. I checked the wine list and it was exactly the same price as the other two!! Very strange.
