Pros: I stayed here for a couple nights with my boyfriend and we were blown away by every aspect of this b&b. It was very clean, beds were omfortable, toiletries were top notch. The daily breakfast is served in a wine cellar (along with their daily wine tasting from local wineries at 5:30pm). The staff is also super friendly. Hotel is 5 min from downtown Napa.

Pros: We LOVED this adorable little b&b. So charming. Everyone was extremely nice. The room was so cozy and had a little fireplace. The breakfast was delicious and there was great attention to detail. Can not wait to go back for another visit and to rave about it to friends and family!

Right restaurants on the block, right behind is the river with paved ramps and walkways, perfect for strolling in a wheelchair. Breakfast room service comes standard with the stay. Pros: Room was clean and beautiful. Beds had feather beds, down comforter, down pillows. Beautiful marble bathroom had robes and and all amenities. Very generous with towels. Breakfast from wonderful bakery next door was included and they pour you a glass of wine on check-in. Rooms had coffee maker, and they deliver water and chocolate later in the day. Walking distance to all of downtown restaurants, etc. Free wifi & parking. It was just perfect.

Pros: Beautiful, clean facilities in a quiet neighborhood that is close to - just a short walk, or even shorter cab ride- the nightlife of downtown. While our room was small, it had lovely, tall windows and an amazing Jacuzzi-style bathtub (complete with jets!). We were only there for one night and didn't get to take advantage of the pool or hot tub, but those looked great. The staff was personable, and not intrusive at all. We were greeted on arrival, and there were complimentary beverages and hors d'oeuvres waiting in the dining room.
Cons: Like everything in Napa, it's fairly expensive for comparable quality in other locales. But I prefer to stay in hotels with personality rather than do the resort thing, and the White House definitely has that.

Pros: Nothing that I can think of. The property was in a quite area, walking distance to downtown. All around the property there was construction.
Cons: The person who greeted us, Cris, was extremely rude and essentially kicked us out when my partner made a comment about not being shown around the property or the room. cris kept insisting that he was offended about the comment, every BnB worked differently and he never had shown people around. He also felt the need to mention that he had gone to school for two years in hospitality and he knew how to interact with customers. After he kept insisting he was offended, I asked him to stop, he proceeded to mutter that he was not going to get a bad review for this and he rather cancel our reservation. I asked him who the manager or his boss was to which he proceeded to say he managed the property. Honestly, I’m not sure how this property stays in business. All the pictures of the property are completely over staged and do not look anything like the pictures. Beware of staying at this property.

At 4pm, they said that housekeeping was making up the room, but when I walked by the door, I could see that there was no one there. no apologies, no empathy. at 4:30pm, here was my exchange with them: check-in staff: they're working on your room right now me: 'no they're not, i just walked by the room and no one's there check-in staff: i'm not sure but they're working on your room right now me: i literally just walked by the room - there's no one working on it check-in staff: they're working on it right now, and we'll let you know as soon as its ready oh, and did i mention I have diamond status with Hyatt? Can't even imagine how they treat 'regular' customers.

Pros: I like the location of this property and the farmhouse design and vibe. The grounds are beautiful and the set up of cottages is really cool. Beds were quite comfy.
Cons: Our cottage was poorly located next to the highway. Luckily I turned on the AC and the fan noise drowned most of it out. The cottage had several things that needed attention. Cracked tile, tons of scuffs on the walls, bathroom fixtures hadn't been wiped down and appeared dusty. Like a film of dust on the lotion dispenser is not ok. My husband and I asked to check in early and were not told that the room they had was a room with 2 full beds. We have two young kids and for 900$ a night, one king bed would have been nice. The staff at the check in were less than friendly or accommodating. I had to ask for water and they looked at me like that was a crazy request. A hotel of this caliber should offer water upon arrival especially on 90 degree days. Overall I was disappointed. I wanted so much more from this property and it just wasn't there. I likely won't return.

Pros: The breakfast and manager's reception were a good value. Location is very convenient to the historical downtown, where the majority of the restaurants are located. It was a $6 uber ride most nights. The location is also very close to the highway, making it very easy to get to the wineries.
Cons: They didn't vacuum the floors! On the second day, we found popcorn next to furniture that we hadn't used the first day, and we hasn't eaten any popcorn. If you want a king-size bed, you have to book direct. And be aware - they say they offer rooms with two queen-size beds, but they're actually full-size beds.

I have stayed in a Best Western Plus before in Carmel, and it was a really great experience, furnishings were modern, bathroom was impressive. This one in Napa however, is not the "Plus" experience. It's essentially the same quality as a normal Best Western but at "Plus" prices. Also, the view out of our hotel was a wooden fence. We did have a patio, so we could sit outside and stare at the wooden fence. They offered "free" upgrades you could choose via text... but none of them were actually available. If no options are actually available, why offer them? Very strange, would probably not stay again.

The walls felt like they were paper thin, as we could hear every single noise from outside, as well as the rooms above us. This woke us up several times during the night, and staff were slow to respond. Overall it seemed very overpriced despite the location. Next time, we would be willing to spend a bit more money for more quality and a more comfortable stay.

Cons: Even though it looks nice a decent with your bare eyes but when you start looking into the details of things, this place is filthy. The bathroom tiles are dirty, showers are moldy, shower glass areas are not properly wiped down, bathroom is filled with dusts, and pillow cases were sticky (feel like the sheets and pillow cases were not changed. My entire family got bitten by something (we were not sure what it was) and we can clearly see the bug bites on our body. This is a time share place. They are super pushy and force you to go to their breakfast. Very rude people. I will not go back anymore and I do not recommend this place.

Pros: The resort was very nice! Rooms were clean and comfortable. Having our own balcony was an added plus. It was in a nice quiet location.
Cons: We upgraded our room primarily because I knew my husband would enjoy having a fireplace, but there wasn't much of a fire - there were tiny blue flames that could barely be seen around the logs.

Cons: The noise level was very high. I stayed on the 2nd floor and ther person right above me sounded like they were doing laps in the room. Had to complain to the front desk, but the noise never stoped. Not going to stay here again.

Pros: The rooms here were, for the most part, clean and nice. The staff was friendly, and overall it was a good experience. We had to ask for new sheets because the ones we had were noticeably dirty when we arrived. It is not within walking distance to downtown, but it is only a quick drive away. For the price I received through Kayak, it was worth it.

Cons: Hotel was very full and room was "upgraded" to a suite. Was not told before getting into room, suite was over Crush night club. Woken up at 12, 1, and 3 a.m. by drunk people yelling and leaving club. Despite calling front desk, noise continued. View from patio was of the building across the way and patio had a nest with dead bird inside. Not what I booked or expected. Had two previous stays here which were great. This was terrible and I never want to return there.

Pros: The room was lovely. The bowling alley and pool area is very fun. The newer area was clean and nice looking. Check in was quick and easy. Bell service was fast but not well informed.
Cons: The pool area was dirty with trash apparent, the glass tables had not been cleaned from the day before and the cushions need to be replaced as they are stained and worn from use and sun exposure. We were charged two restaurant charges that were not ours. We had to make three or four calls to have it corrected. It finally was, but with no apology for the mistake, trouble, time, etc.... The older area of the hotel needs painting, the tile needs cleaning or painting, the carpet needs to be replaced and just generally needs a facelift to match the newer wing. The hot tub was not hot.

Pros: I loved the location. The resort and grounds are beautiful. The room was very spacious and comfortable. I tried all the restaurants and the bar and the both food and service was fantastic.
Cons: My room had a partial view of the parking lot and the vineyard. It was on the corner on the second floor. It must have been near where the employees checked in or where room service was delivered out off because every few minutes I would hear a cart being pushed and people talking. This went on day and night. Also, the walls are paper thin. I could hear toilets flushing and the guests next door to me kids getting up early in the morning. However, it is a hotel and these things can't be controlled. Next time i will request a 3rd floor room .

Pros: They overbooked, which is not uncommon for the industry but very frustrating for a guest. Our check-in time was 4pm, but we were not assigned a room until after 6pm. I booked a "superio" room with double beds, & the best they could initially do was a room with one king bed, a fold out couch & a view of the parking lot. We contacted the manager when we saw the room & were moved to acceptable accommodations. I booked massages for my daughter & myself, and we were all impressed with the spa staff & accomodations.

Tasting room and it's staff were wonderful and knowledgeable. The grounds are beautiful and we'll taken care of. Shuttle service was always on time and very quick when called to pick up. Bathrooms were very large. Bed super comfy. Will definitely return
Cons: We got a ground floor room. :( originally booked is for a 2 bed room which was unnecessary since it was just my girlfriend and I. But they changed it no problem just had to settle for ground floor. Not much they can do about that I suppose. Only other thing I would change is make it a no kid zone. Your kids don't need to come to Napa anyway, Napa is for adults. Leave them with grandma

Pros: The location was great, walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Napa wineries were only a 15-20 minute drive away. Very informative and friendly staff. Mostly clean.
Cons: Small bed, funky smell in the room, what seemed like a couple blood stains on the wall behind the headboard and on the lampshade. The bathtub wouldn't drain one night, and then the toilet clogged on the same night. A staff member came as soon as we called to fix it. Used the plunger in the toilet and then used it again in the tub. Could hear upstairs guests walking around.

Cons: How it looks when you approach the building. The arrows directing you through the parking lot send you what feels like the wrong way. There was a loud window unit in the room that did not have a temperature control and it did not work as it was supposed to.
