Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location, which was mentioned positively in several reviews. However, cleanliness was a major concern, with many guests reporting dirty rooms, unclean linens, and maintenance issues. Service also received criticism, with reports of unhelpful staff and problems with amenities such as heating, plumbing, and key cards. Room size and value for price were also mentioned negatively, as some guests felt the rooms were small and the rates too high for the quality provided. Overall, while the location was a highlight, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness, service, and value.
