Pros (+) I was absolutely impressed by staff. Part of it was Kayak's new check-in process allows you to make requests, and the hotel was absolutely on point with follow-up. But even then, they went out of their way to make my stay pleasant and fun. I stayed at condos for the same price, but I'd definitely go back here instead. Also, the location is perfect to the lifts.
Cons (-) The hotel still uses real keys instead of key cards. Easier to lose, especially on a mountain. But you may think of it as a plus.
