Location was great, rooms very modern No swimming pool but we already knew that
Right in the centre a of Malaga and a real "shoppers heaven" also close to the cathedral and other attractions. Lovely jucuzzi baths which light up. Great showers. Having a lap top in the room was a bonus. We found the staff at reception quite helpful. There are no safety rails on the bunk beds. In general the beds are quite solid. Breakfast was not worth the money. Alternatively there are a couple of nice cafe's in the area. As the hotel is in a pedistrian zone your taxi will not be able to deliver you to the front door.
The best part about this hotel was the location. It was nice and quaint and very close to great shopping food and drinks. Only 15 mins from airport- 20euros. The rooms were a bit small. No irons available- must send all clothes to the laundry to be ironed at a pretty outrageous rate. The food was just okay. No late night menu. Went to the bar which stays open til 2am but no food there either. Teeny tiny pool with literally 6 lounge chairs.
Fresh hotel, fairly good location for shopping. Our room faced the main street outside and it was far from soundproof. In addition, as it was raining, the raindrops hit the arcroof of our window and it felt like sleeping beside a dripping bath-tap. When we told the hotel personnel about this it was no real interest in the subject.
Location, cleanliness, staff, easy to get to from the airport Nothing
It was a nice hotel - the bathroom was nice, the sleeping space was comfortable. I felt safe in the hotel area.
Rooftop Bar (Terrazza) was excellent - amazing views of the city and waterfront as well as great service. The rooms were very basic and ours had a view of pretty much nothing.
Excellent location and spacious bedroom The bed was not very comfortable, old & creaky!!
Great location. The staff was very kind & helpfull (especially Miguel in the reception). Nice & clean room.
i liked only two of the staff members. The beds were comfy. Showers were nice. Food was pretty good as were the prices of breakfast. The housekeeping and staff and laundry services were perfect. Too much money for what we got. Management is lacking. Pool is a bit too small. Got ignored in the dining area. Really loud construction right next to us on the street by us.
Spacious room and well maintained. Hotel Car Parking expensive. There is a public car park behind the hotel so probably much cheaper to park there yourselves.
I liked the boutique style and decor and good value/ breakfast up to 12 noon. Excellent location for shopping and beach and walking distance from the train station. Liked everything other than no shaver/toothbrush socket in bathroom.
central location, spacious rooms Liked everything other than no shaver/toothbrush socket in bathroom.
very good location , good b'fast , hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.
Location in the centre of Marbella. Noisy, old, badly kept. The beds are very poor.
Very good hotel, comfort level very good. shower tended to pulse from hot to cool.
Nice hotel in a great location. Tastefully designed. Friendly staff. The front desk staff is not authorized to be helpful or to solve problems. We had an air conditioner that didn't work. We were given another room the next day with a bedside light that was out, a TV screen that was only shades of blue and the A/C in the new room was not much better the the first one. We were charged full price for all days in spite of the inconveniences.
convienent location to city bed was a bit small but adequate
