Location
Our room: awful view to neighboring building, bed was average, not very clean (there was hair on the bedroom bench), TV was old, bed was only average. Staff: never replied my inquiry for possible cancellation due to COVID-19.

The room was very hot around 32c and the AC was not working When i called the reception and ask to change the room they told me you can open the windows If some is going in 4/5 stars hotel maybe the staff they can answer different!! WE ARE NOT IN HOSTEL OR GUEST HOUSE In the end they told me we can give you another room and you can check if the AC is working or not Sorry ??? i should go out from my room at 1am, pickup the keys and check if is working the AC in the new room? Im not working in this hotel and is not my job NOT PROFESSIONAL STAFF NEVER AGAIN

Everything in the room was perfect. I didn't eat at the hotel, I can not tell about the food. The location is excelent if you need to take often the train/metro at the main station. Staff is very helpful.
It's not right in the center and I didn't find any very nearby restaurant. But the hotel has a restaurant in case you don't want to walk to much...
