Pros: I took my family here while they were in Taiwan, I couldn’t fault the property at all. We couldn’t figure out the Air Con in the room and the staff were there immediately to solve the problem, even gave us fans too. The lobby staff were very attentive and friendly. The rooms were spotless clean and very comfortable - we were 4 in a family room and it was a perfect size for us. We didn’t eat at the hotel, but there was plenty of options to choose from if we had wanted to dine there. The staff also arranged a taxi for us to Fu Guan Shan at a very good price.

We cannot sleep well due the captioned condition and suppose the corridor and services area were out of cleaning with other horrible reasons in 20th floor. Having reflected the poor condition to the front desk after the second night staying, staff changed my room to 27th floor. Horrible experience when staying in first and second nights. Nobody told me what had happened.

Pros: It was extremely near the MeiLiDao station which is extremely convenient. This is because the station is the most famous mrt station in KaohSiung and it is one of the middle station travelers use to take the MRT. Very recommended for travelers seeking for MRT convenience. They also provide breakfast vouchers which was nice.

Pros: 1. Location was best, only 100 m walk from the infamous beautiful Formosa Boulevard Station (Exit 1) 2. Location near to 24 hrs really complete convenience store (300 m walk) 3. Location near to Liouhe Night Market where a lot of local food, drug store, souvenirs shop (200 m walk) 4. A really Helpful concierge lady. 5. Great breakfast (with some choices of vegetarian or non vegetarian). 6. Many nice cakes/bread shops around, selling tasty and high quality pastry, cakes, and breads. 7. Bath room was big, hot shower satisfying and clean, although the interior finishing was not neat and great. 8. Drinking fountain and water dispenser available for free and unlimited in the hall.

Pros: Good breakfast, fantastic location, large spacious family room (3 double beds) and big bathroom. Interesting view out the window overlooking the central intersection. Handy to the night markets (few minutes walk!) and very easy walk 150m to the train station! Would definitely recommend.

Cons: The water heater in my room was not hot during the first day. The aircond did not work well as well but the staff was friendly, and gave me an extra fan. Maybe they could improve more on this.

Cons: 1. There're some construction jobs in the hotel, event after midnight we could hear some knocking. 2. The non-window room we stayed had damp smell. 3. There're some adult TV Chanels and we didn't given information, for families with child/children will got shocked when switching chanels. 4. Although it's a non smoking hotel, we could smell the smoke from other guests who smoke in their rooms. 5. The beds were bit hard, but still comfortable to sleep on.

Cons: The only thing we didn't like was the smell of cigarette smoke. We requested a non-smoking room, but the hallways and room did smell like smoke. Wasn't the end of the world, but it was very noticeable. However, the location and space made up for it, and we would still recommend.
