Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel's convenient location and found the beds comfortable. However, there were frequent complaints about cleanliness, with several reports of dirty rooms, pests, and maintenance issues. Service was often described as unhelpful or rude, and some guests faced problems with extra charges or unreturned deposits. Breakfast was generally considered basic or disappointing, though a few found it satisfactory. Overall, while the location and some aspects like bed comfort were appreciated, cleanliness and service need improvement.
