Pros (+) All was good, but not safe for credit card transactions, I'm being charged triple for the same stay, I'm still waiting for the refund Mistakes happens but not twice, now I have to wait for the refund and I had to go back to them several time, they said its been credited but, nothing yet

Pros (+) Enjoyed everything but there is room for improvement i stay on regular basis at this hotel The manager himself is very accomodating and good the restraunt has wonderful staff and amazing mouth watering food overall staff very poilite and nice just some small improvents and i think the hotel will be as good as a five star
Cons (-) There should be more english speaking staff if they wish to be a more proffessional outfit as communcation problems can be very problamatic but overall performance is still good just needs some improvement and the indoor pool needs to be heated and i would suggest a jaquzzi as theres ample room for one plus there needs to be movies in english example mbc2 mbc action it can get very boring without ...
