Cons (-) Paid for 2 rooms weeks in advance but desk said only had one. Had to argue for several min show conf. Email & receipt. Finally convinced then I had 2 then had to wait over an hr for it to he ready. It was supposed to be 1 single beds but all they could give us is 2 singles.
