We reserved a king-size bedroom. The bed was really big and comfortable. Strangely enough, the hotel didn’t have sheets or duvets large enough for the mattress, so on the first night we ended up sleeping directly on the mattress. After a lot of explanations, they eventually put two flat sheets together to cover it. Still, we didn’t get a second blanket, as the hotel had “run out of blankets.” Next...

Pros (+) Locatiom was excellent with easy access to many metro atations - even direct metro line to Narita airpprt through shimbashi station's asakusa line.Ask concierge for directions and other attractions. They were super helpful

Pros (+) Breakfast is great. Friendly staff. Rooms very comfortable. Excellent stay!
Cons (-) Gym is small. 2 treadmill and 1 cross trainer only. No spa/pool. Other than that, no complains!!!

Cons (-) Immediately after we checked in to our room, my husband noticed an odor in the room and requested to change room. The staff was very responsive and put us in a different room right away. Unfortunately, the second room also had a very strong odor. It smelled like mildew. We just put up with the smell for the next 3 days :(
