The Hotel staff were very professional, nothing was too much trouble.The Hotel was very clean and well cared for.
Having to wear swimmimg hats in the outside pool. When your sunbathing on the terrace the last thing needed is a swimmimg hat.

The air conditioning was very noisy in the room & the location was too far from San Xenxo centre. It cost an additional 7 euros to get to the centre of town by taxis

the beds were not comfortable and they only provided two pillows which were not enough. The towels were like sandpaper. We were not told there would be live, awful music until 1 am every night. We had to move rooms. I was at the time 5 months pregnant, which the hotel knew about so I wasn't very happy as it wasn't a very relaxing stay and we cut our trip short as we were not having the holiday we wanted.
