H10 Las Palmeras

Good location, friendly staff. Breakfast had a very large amount of variety but quality was only ok. The Japanese Teppanyaki restaurant was a great experience!

Good buffet breakfast and reasonable buffet dinners. Very central to beachfront area. Plenty of room to sit/ under umbrellas within the property. Lovely garden space with plants and birds. Rooms were comfortable, though we were unable to book a sea view.

Our circumstances were somewhat fraught, due to the sandstorms, flight cancellations and coronavirus scare. Staff were clearly pushed and needing reinforcements on arrival, though things later calmed down and they were very helpful during the rest of our stay. A live music venue within a few hundred metres meant that, despite our windows and doors being closed at night, the music did impact sleeping. Again, this would have mattered less (or not at all) if we had had a room facing the sea.
