Kekurangan: Half board was the worst experience ever, not worth a 5 star hotel. In addition to restaurant Garonda, we also had the choice of 2 other restaurants with which they work. In both restaurants, hotel guests received a limited card compared to the other restaurant visitors and the dishes were also of inferior quality. Should this be the standard for a half-board in a 5-star hotel, I would only book a room with breakfast. If only I had known ...

Kebaikan: We had a great stay at Pure Salt. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is is right in the beach and our room had great sea views. Excellent breakfast on the patio over looking the sea. The roof top bar and pool is a great place to see the sunset.

Kekurangan: Nothing it’s spot on

Kebaikan: One of our very favourite hotels at Playa de Palma. Had booked half-board but arrived late and night... and were surprised by some nice cheese, jamon, bread and fruits on the room. Also in our room somebody had apparently smoked before so they gave us an upgrade to full seaview that made us happy...

Kebaikan: Big and comfortable room, nice bed and pillows. Well equipped gym, "star-prestige" room, great view from window, proximity to beach, connection with bus to Palma. Friendly staff, we liked how they solved our issue. Possibility to check-out later. The dinner at Marea restaurant was delicious.

Kekurangan: The design of the bath tub is beautiful, but not practical. There is no way to stop the water from splashing, which makes the floor wet. There are no handles to hold on. There was access to the "infinite pool", but it was not operational: water was freezing cold and the pool was dirty. However, the staff reacted and solved the issue.

Kebaikan: Great spa, gym and restaurant.

Kebaikan: The reception staff were all very friendly and welcoming. It actually felt like a 5 star hotel oppose to other "5star" hotels I've stayed at in mallorca that really only felt like 3 stars.

Kebaikan: The hotel was beautiful. The surroundings we really pretty. Roof top bar looked amazing. Although we didn't get to use it it because of the time of year and the weather was it suitable to sit out.

Kekurangan: The lobby was cold so couldn't really sit in it and relax.

Kebaikan: Comfy rooms, close to the beach, good breakfast and very polite and helpful team.

Kebaikan: Everything- what’s not to like

Kekurangan: Nothing

Kebaikan: support for cyclist, lots of food during breakfast and dinner , all rooms are well equipped also economy rooms. Near of the beach and promenade, near of autobus station, near of the airport.

Kekurangan: Unfortunately problem with some kind of food during dinner, probably sea food. Lots of people had stomach problems - vomiting and diarrhea. Room scleaning staff - do not replenish shampoo, toilet paper..., it is really inconceivable for 3 stars hotel, you have to say to staff to add it

Kebaikan: Staff fantastic and always smiling and very helpful, even during the Lockdown because of the coronavirus.

Kekurangan: Couldn't have a bath no change over from shower to bath and if there was the plug did not reach the plug hole. Could do with a kettle in the room so you can make your own tea and coffee.

Kebaikan: We love this hotel, the staff are wonderful and the rooms comfortable and spacious. It is in a lovely little place, with a beautiful beach and near the airport. The food is fabulous, the manager exceptional (we think he's the restaurant manager) and we love Pacco behind the bar.

Kekurangan: The pool was being extended, which was ok, but we weren't forewarned and there was only sitting area on the bar terrace. The indoor pool had an oily skin on it one day, I'm sure not their fault.

Kebaikan: Staff were very helpful and professional

Kebaikan: the cake and cava surprise in our apartment from the manager on my wife's birthday. a really nice gesture.

Kekurangan: having to leave at the end of our lovely holiday

Kebaikan: Proximity to the airport , great breakfast great value for money

Kebaikan: Very clean, everything we needed was provided and the safe was a nice touch to make us feel even more safe with our important things. I loved the beds which were comfortable and the shower was amazing. The view from the room was beautiful, peaceful and inviting. Particular staff member from the bar a lovely gentleman that continuously went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our drinks which kept us coming back every evening. Really nice staff and would love to get a name to be able to tip the lovely gentleman that worked at the bar.

Kekurangan: Nothing!

Kebaikan: This place is on the beach 5 minutes from the Palma airport. We stayed here our last night on Mallorca to make an early morning flight home the next morning.

Kekurangan: Despite a good location on the beach, the hotel facilities were only average. This beachfront area is also more limited than downtown Palma, and it lacks proper beach clubs, restaurants, shops, etc.

Kebaikan: I just want to say a very big big thank you to the exceptional staff, staff from the restaurant is very friendly specially the old lady and gentlemen, guy with ponytail on the bar, and the amazing staff in reception you guys are fantastic so friendly always happy to help.. You made my holidays even better And thank you so much for the 2 bottles of wine on the house, 1 for my birthday and 1 welcoming. Many many thanks Carina cardoso

Kebaikan: Everything! Heated pool, location, food, room, staff.

Kekurangan: Nothing to complain about.

Kebaikan: The bed was very comfortable and good pool view from our particular room.

Kekurangan: Indoor pool/spa was absolutely rammed with small children and not actually part of the spa itself. Everything was chargeable in the spa itself including the sauna. The drinks in the bar were extremely expensive (almost triple that of external nearby bars).

Kekurangan: I booked half board and as part of dinner, if we want water we need to buy. they don't even provide water even we buy meal. Sounded bit low and we had to buy 2 bottles for 5 Euro, outside same could have costed like 1Euro.

Kekurangan: The quality of the restaurant is a bit doubtful. The pizza was like something you buy in a supermarket and run in a microwave

Kebaikan: The hotel is a short distance from the centre of palma. There is a frequent bus service to the centre from outside the hotel. The hotel terrace overlooks the harbour and offers a wonderful view of the bay.

Kekurangan: We asked for a more comfortable pillow.

Kebaikan: Really nice staff! Especially the restaurant staff, the lady who greeted me made my day

Kebaikan: Good selection of food. We went half board which was excellent value for money. Hotel very clean and staff all friendly

Kekurangan: Was a bit noisy at times. Maybe we were just unlucky being next door to noisy people but became a bit irritating on a couple of occasions

Kebaikan: Really great hotel, the receptionists were all great and helpful, the food was superb, very nice garden and outdoor pool. Also had nice indoor pool and gym room. Location is just 5 minutes walk from the beachfront, very quiet area. One of the best hotels I've stayed at recently, would highly recommend and would be happy to stay here again in future.

Kekurangan: -The rooms in main building are quite compact, I expect the suites are much larger if more space is required. -Can hear TV and music in other rooms so probably walls are thin, hopefully will have quiet neighbours! -The doors to room shut with a loud bang so was woken up in night by people returning late to their rooms, maybe some soft closure or sound reduction could be fitted to doors as that would help. -Room had balcony but there's no screening between next door balcony so unfortunately I had two smokers on either side which was not good, but the garden and pool area is perfect to relax in so don't need balcony!

Kebaikan: Great spacious rooms, very nice indoor spa facilities. Breakfast buffet is huge and very good, could have spent hours trying out everything.

Kekurangan: Wasted space. No soundproofing. Noisy hallways. No security because people entered our room with a key card Reception made several mistakes. The spa and gym are way to basic an small

Kebaikan: Hotel is relatively new and beautifully designed, reception staff are attentive and efficient, and the room/suite was big with a stunning view of the sea. We requested a kettle which was in the room with a coffee machine. It was October, but the pool was quiet, if cold, and we had the choice of sun-beds. We had half board, and the food was amazing, breakfast was as good as you would expect for a 5* hotel, but in the evening the choice was amazing, as was the presentation. There is a fish cook and a meat cook as well as several hot choices, many vegetables and also an Asian themed counter. Best to get there early as they get busy even in October. Journey from airport is very quick so perfect for a long weekend break. Spa/fitness centre very easy to find although my wife got confused with the online booking and he=ad her treatment at the sister hotel next door. All in all, if you could pick up the hotel and place it in a nicer area, heat the outdoor pool a bit, it would be near perfect.

Kekurangan: As I said before, the area is the only downfall. While the sea view from our room was amazing, you also look onto the tatty buildings between the hotel and the beach, including MegaPark. This isn't a 'pretty' part of the island. The beachfront is strewn with little bars and restaurants, hire shops and tacky gift shops. You also need to be aware this is a very German area, most people were speaking German and we were also spoken to initially in German all the time. There was a motorcycle event going on for a week at MegaPark which meant we had unbelievably noisy motorcycles revving and driving around the roads outside the hotel at all hours of the day and night. This is an annual event and unless you love bikes, it really spoils the tranquility. Getting into Palma was a doddle and less than €20 in a cab, highly recommended.

Kekurangan: Rent a car service needs to be improved. They don’t provide 24/7 service. Drop of station is available until 8pm only.

Kebaikan: It's our second visit in this hotel, and we still love it. Staff super polite and helpful, great breakfast. Very good location, close to beach and bus stop direct to city centre. Definitely will return.

Kebaikan: Staff were very helpful, pleasant and informative. Rooms immaculately clean.

Kekurangan: Tea and coffee facilities in room would have been nice. Soundproofing between rooms not great. Visited off season but would have been nice to be able to have a tea/coffee or a drink. Breakfast expensive for what it was.

Kebaikan: Clean and nice rooms with balconies. Very good breakfast. And first of all helpful and kind staff at reception!

Kebaikan: Very comfy beds, nice large shower, very friendly staff, overall nice clean comfy place to stay and close to the beach, shops and cafe's. I like that you can borrow a pool towl for a returnable deposit. And the food was fantastic, very tasty and good portion size. We felt very relaxed and welcome, would go back.

Kekurangan: The indoor pool was not heated. The swivel door on entrance a little difficult for people with mobility issues especialy when trying to get in with suitcases but I think they would open the door to the side if needed.

Kebaikan: If you really want to have a nice ,clean comfortable hotel, you have everything here! Worth the money! I'm really contented
