Pros (+) The beds were fairly comfortable, the place was clean, the staff were really nice, we had a private bathroom. It was good. Nothing over the top special, nothing absolutely terrible.
Cons (-) No amenities and we stayed two nights at €188, but for three people. And last minute.... again, not horrible, but not incredible either.
