Cons: The room is not sound proof. There are bed bugs on the blanket and pillow cover. No complimentary slippers. No proper room carpeting.

Pros: The service was awesome and staff were very friendly. Transport was also conviniently available.

Cons: Water at the bathroom was all cold. This is an area of improvement even though the whether there was hot but rooms were cold, so warm water was very necessary.

Pros: The location. The price. And it suitable for the amount that I paid and also for a 3 star hotel

Cons: Yes. Thier gym was very untidy, dusty, it doesn't even look like anyone uses the place yet they call it a gym. When I complain to the front desk they told me to write online for management to see and take care of. Certainly I will not go to Mayfair again.
