Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to access city attractions, restaurants, and shops. Many appreciated the helpful and friendly staff. However, several reviews noted issues with cleanliness, outdated rooms and furniture, uncomfortable beds, and problems with parking availability. Some guests were also disappointed by the lack of in-house dining options and small pool size. Despite these drawbacks, the convenient location and positive service stood out as highlights.
