Pros: The staff was the best part of the whole place. Overall a beautiful place definitely worth going back to and you were treated like you are the only one that matters. The beds are super comfortable and the bathrooms are a nice slice of home.
Cons: The bar and room service are a touch overpriced but the service itself is great, the staff makes up for the price I suppose.

Cons: The restaurant has a lot left to be desired. The food isn’t memorable especially when there are so many other innovative dining options in Columbus.

Cons: Uncomfortable and small pillows made it a very bad night sleep. Bed wasn’t great either. Surprisingly expensive parking - $27 is just ridiculous when the hotel was already costly enough. I didn’t think the price of the hotel matched up to what it provided. Much better and nicer hotels are available in downtown for the same price or less, especially when you include the parking

Pros: Our say was great and the staff was amazing and helpful. It was nice that the hotel was connected to the convention center so we didn't have to worry about driving and parking.
Cons: The only i really have to complain about is even though the room was clean and nice the bathroom need to be clean just a bit more. The shower curtain was growing mold andi found hairs in the tub.

Pros: I had a delay and checked in late. The night manager was extremely accommodating asking if I wanted something to eat and went to the café to make me a sandwich and delivered contact free to my room when I settled in. He also let me keep my car in the from of the hotel overnight and accommodated me with a late check out. I had an over 3 hour standstill delay on I 70. This definitely helped me settle in and he made a difference in my stay. The gentlemen in the café the next morning was also great and he was happy to be returning to work and his customer service proved he is a valuable employee. Top notch staff!

Pros: The bed was extremely comfortable and there were many pillows. Very nice and responsive staff. Complimentary Yoga mat on request.
Cons: The room design was cold and dark (no overhead light, and the lamps had fluorescent bulbs), the bathtub creaks when you stand on it to shower, and the carpet had little white hairs on it, but they did clean it well when I complained. The pool room is dank, outdated, and uninviting, the picture online makes it look much better than it is. We did not want to use it at all and that feature was part of why I chose the hotel.

Pros: The staff were extremely friendly! The beds were comfy. I liked that the parking garage was a quick walk to the hotel and you didn't have to walk outside at all. Everywhere we decided to go was a quick drive to and from our hotel which was very convenient.

Someone must have vomitted in the lobby bc there was an awful vomit smell the two times we walked through the lobby. We were looking forward to grabbing a coffee once we got to our hotel and the Starbucks ended up being closed. I expected the hotel to be a bit more updated for the price of the room.

Pros: Room was clean, and comfortable. Bed was very comfy! Hotel was conveniently located on a bus line, and cabs were also easy to get. Many good eateries and places to drink within walking distance. Very friendly staff. Best perk? Starbucks in the lobby!
Cons: We were traveling on a very busy weekend, and I realize that. However, the check-in process was painfully slow. The line to get checked in was out the front door by 330 pm. There appeared to be four computers at the main desk, but we never witnessed more than three employees working at them, and mostly there were only two. We stood in line for a solid 25 minutes before being taken care of. Staff was friendly and courteous.
