Pros (+) The hotel staff were all extremely accommodating and polite. We were placed into a regular king room instead of a suite as booked and were immediately switched to the proper room type. The suite was large and spacious. The hotel overall appeared to be recently renovated with the exception of a few spaces (see what we didn't like below). Breakfast was very good (and complimentary).
Cons (-) While most of our suite seemed to be new/recently renovated there were a few glaringly obviously places that were overlooked. The king sized bed in our suite was pretty well worn & extremely soft. My husband and I definitely felt like we were sinking towards the center. Pros (+) My wife and I were a bit surprised at the quality of the room. It is clearly designed for the comfort of a business traveler, but the room design had a luxury feel that we fully enjoyed while on vacation. The bathroom is amazing. Don't know why other hotels haven't thought of making their larger.
Cons (-) Nothing. It was a great place to stay.
Pros (+) Staff was great, room was clean and spacious. Kids enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was great with options for everyone
