The positives; early check in and a very comfortable bed. And you can't beat the location! However, basic toiletries were pretty poor, especially for a hotel that was $399 on Saturday night! There wasn't even body wash in the bathroom. The toilet seat was also enormous which means that anyone who is vaguely small would have to hover over the seat so they don't fall in. Pros (+) We stayed for the 2018 Belk Bowl and had a fabulous time. The staff was welcoming and the location was perfect.
Cons (-) There was nothing I would change.
