Cons: Had to wait 90 minutes after checkin time (3 pm) before our room was cleaned and ready. Had requested early checkin prior to arrival as we arrived at 1:30. We had been up since 3am and were ready to relax in our room.

Cons: The bathrooms definitely need updating, the sink had damage that was patched up and the tiles looked cheap, not the look of a 4-star hotel. The food was not as good this time around, the burger was charred and over-cooked, while the crust on the apple tart was under-cooked, the dressing on the Caesar salad was mostly white vinegar and not much else.

Cons: The view over the Charles River would have been spectacular had the windows been clean. All my photos have the windows dirty grey sheen over them. Room Service is exceptionally expensive. They charge you a flat $5 fee to bring it to your room plus 18% gratuity. You can collect it yourself to wave these fees but they then put it in so much plastic packaging you can hear the land fills getting bigger. It’s a Hyatt, it’s large, impersonal and far away from everything on Boston side of river.

Cons: It has excellent location, the owners were always available, smiling and willing to help. I stayed for almost a week so great value, but I think it is expensive for a short duration. Although sometimes one of the other guests were very loud outside. I wish it had every alternative day cleaning.
