Cons: Worst experience ever

Cons: Our toilet was not clean and we had to clean it before using. We were on our honeymoon and couldn't be intimate because there was a family next door with kids that were loud and we could hear all thier conversation so we knew they'd be able to hear us the walls were that thin. Great honeymoon! At checkout I noticed they had double charged my account and asked to have it fixed. Was told it was and saw the credit to my account. The next day I had two more charges to my account and when I called the hotel no manager was on duty and the lady on the phone was rude. At this point I've been charged 3 times for the same stay since I've gotten no resolution.

Cons: It was old run down and bland. There was not any comforters on the beds and the beds were old and hard. It felt like going to grandmas house from the 70's and the decor had not been updated.

Cons: I have no complaints.

Cons: There was a stench in the hallway that made it less appealing. The stench in the elevator was even worse and it seemed that the elevator floor hadn't been cleaned really well. Also, while loved the jetted bathtub, it apparently was leaking. My husband had gotten a call that it was leaking while I was soaking in the tub. We didn't know where it was leaking from.

Cons: It's pretty run down, carpet stains, Ac broken, hot tub out of service, water temp would spike

Cons: the hotel needs to replace their carpets in the main areas. The room could have been a bit cleaner, but it wasn't bad. The bathroom floor needed mopping. Pool was cold.

Cons: The lodge was outdated. The carpets in the common areas were largely stained. The door to our room was not installed properly or the building has settled; I could see people passing while in my room which means, they could see me as well. Although our room was tidy and appeared clean, with all the extra paint and wall paper on the walls; it gave the illusion of being unkempt.

Cons: Beds were very firm

Cons: The bed/pillows in the master suite were terrible, very uncomfortable. The pool room was very dim inside at night, thought it should have been a little more well lit for safety.

Cons: We did an online check in. They give you preferences, and we checked one bed. Got a response that there were none, and so chose the preference of a view. They gave us 212 which is on the road side, BELOW the level of the parking lot. There couldn't be a worse view. I did go out and ask for a change, and they moved us across the hall to 219 which indeed had a view. (Hotel on a hillside, by just crossing the hall we went from below ground level to a fairly expansive view. ). We learned....we will not do an online check in again.

Cons: The fitness center has no weights or cable machine. There is just a treadmill, elliptical, and a bike,

Cons: Parking was a problem. We went to shows in the evening and you had to hike out to the last spaces. It was like no one else went to shows and they stayed at the hotel. The was a shortage of carts to offload cars and move luggage to the rooms

Cons: There were lots of ants in the room, but they did come and spray right away.

Cons: No closets

Cons: Nothing, wow, I can't believe it, lol.

Cons: No blinds in windows, just sheers. Sunlight came in bright and early.

Cons: Beds weren't very comfortable and the tv was a bit small

Cons: I almost hate to say I didn't like anything, but there were a few things that could have been better. The fan on the heater could not be set to stay on all the time. So when the heat went off it got quiet and when it came back on it was noticeable to a light sleeper. If I could have set the fan to be on constant I don't think there would have been any issues with sleeping. The bed was not as comfortable as some of the big box hotels I have stayed at, but it was not uncomfortable either. My biggest complaint would be the bathroom. While it was clean, the vanity was only about 3 feet wide. If you are like us, you have a bag, at least one, with all your bathroom items. There is no room for this bag on the vanity unless it is extremely small. The other thing was the shower head was low. I am average height, about 5' 11" or so and I had to bend down, way down, to wash my hair. In conclusion. If you are looking for luxury you should probably go somewhere else. If you are looking for a clean hotel in a safe area at a reasonable price and can deal with a few small incidentals this hotel is for you.

Cons: Staff slow to respond on check in

Cons: It is off the main strip which is nice for traffic reasons but there's not much near by (walking distance) for sightseeing or shopping.

Cons: The only thing that could have been better was the shower in the morning. Fought the cold & hot settings the whole time due to sporadic pockets of hot and cold water. Aside from that, everything was great!

Cons: Pool area needs an update (hot tub was in poor shape and jets were pretty weak)

Cons: The shower was hot or hotter, could not get the temp to regulate, also the hot water circulator must have been broken as it took a long time to get. Also the hair dryer was defective but they replaced it

Cons: Would have been better if the hotel offered suites.

Cons: Beds....the mattresses were just awful. None of us slept. Rooms were small; no sofas or chairs.

Cons: Took way too long to check in.

Cons: First night stay didnot get any sleep because we was on first floor
