Pros: I asked to change my room and I sent my request to messaging application of booking.com. It was replied have very fast and functional. Manager replied fast enough and accepted my request.

Cons: Internet account was for 3 devices. We were 3 persons with more than 3 devices. I expected to have frig which I didn't.
