Cons (-) The room was 61 degrees when we checked in at 1030pm. That is too too cold for this time of year. It took roughly 2 hours for the room to warm up to a decent temperature.

Pros (+) For the price paid the we were more than pleasantly surprised with the staff, the cleanliness of the room as well as the breakfast area. The fact they have a bar is extraordinary for a hotel in this price range. The staff was courteous and very helpful. And the location sure aided in our Christmas shopping. My wife and I would definitely stay at the Grandstay again with no hesitation.
