Cons (-) BED BUGS with no refund. We had to be up until almost 3 a.m. cleaning our stuff before we were allowed to go into our new room. Yet, I got no refund for the room, so I was essentially paying for a room I was not even allowed to enter until 3 in the morning! Never staying with them again!
