Pros (+) The staff was very professional and helpful, as always. Hotel is clean and conveniently located. I won't stay anywhere else when I visit Springfield.
Cons (-) The bed was a bit uncomfortable, but bearable. Waffle maker was not working, but plenty of other options. Slow wifi.
